Why does only 2% of Police brutality cases worldwide end with a conviction if just 30% of police brutality is ever reported?
their policies allow officers with "criminal tendencies to operate with impunity,"
only 5% of the initial 30% that gets reported are ever considered
all of the above <-------------
Officers are allowed to "Police" themselves
what is the point of this question? i cant even be bothered to research it as it appears to be based on a load of assumptions that most police are corrupt and/or do a poor job apparently.
how did this get passed as good?
