as you are asking only one god, were is not proper, also (just to be more pain ) the space between god and the question mark is unnecessary. don't be mad - you got it back with spelling error, you can rewrite your question

I agree that Star Trek is a specific subject but my question was on a general issue regarding a well known tv series. It is the most recent series of star trek, and i asked the name of the most known character. Since you accept questions like "What kind of elf is Drizzt?", who only fans of the forgoten realms rpg can possibly answer (and i do know the answer, so is not a complain about that),
i dont see why my question is rejected. Is a tv series question, not a star trek specific one.

Or the question about zinedine...only people who watch football will know him. my girlfriend doesn't. or question about actors...If the question was who played piccard or cpt.james t.kirk, you'd allow it, and it's still speciffic. Or the number of players in waterpolo. specific. only people who watch it might know the answer. or the question on those two ice hockey teams. i don't watch hokey. the question is specific, and geographicaly related. Or the question about that hungarian dude, which club he plays in. Common, no one outside Hungary knows the answer (yes, I AM aware that this game is hungarian...) In fact, you can name almost half of the questions "specific". The only thing I have notice is that you allow questions that are regarding Hungary, eventhough people outside will not know the answer...

Well at least give me another chance to make a question...

How is this different??????????????????????? I have no idea what are those novels. But i still accept the fact that there are questions that i will not now the answer and is ok. Many people probably will know what it is, as many will be able to answer the star trek one.

Why is Adolf Hitler forbidden word?

I tried put him as an answer, for a joke and to make it easier to guess the correct one, but it didn't let me? I mean, he's a historical person, you study about him in school... Why shouldn't you be able to write his name? (Of course he did terrible things, but so did Neron, spanish inquisition, Joseph Fritzl...). He's not glorified in any way, or anything like that, I don't get why he's forbidden subject? I'd appreciate a good answer. Thank you

as about questions and their evaluations. as you have already written, this game is of hungarian origin. this version was developed from the hungarian game so it surely can happen that some country-related, specific questions were translated into the initial database not considering that it might not be good for the international version.

also, although there are some guidelines for evaluating, there surely will be good questions which get rejected and bad ones that won't. as the evaluators are human beings, they are not unerring. everyone having his or her own point of view, they might make mistakes when considering if a question is about a worldwide known fact or not, or when deciding whether a question is special or not.

i do know how frustrating it is if your question gets rejected without the chance of rewriting it but you'll have a lot of possibilities to write another ones. so please, instead of scandalizing our work, help with posting the improper questions to the Quiz errors topic so that the admins can look after the questions and correct the mistakes. thank you.
