Is the Landragor event going to start as advertised? On May 9th 2013??

Yes, the Landragor event will start as it is stated in schedule, i.e. on May 9th.

hmmm since most events were not on scheduled time, this event should have been anounced atleast e week ago, so we could accumulate APs

Wasn´t the last event (The Map) actually on time?
Actually, I think that both the Huckster War and the Map was "on time". Or?
Only thing that went on for longer was Xeno War, and only on World 1.

Xeno war 2013. January 15. – app. Febrary 5.
Huckster battle 2013. Febrary 21. – March 14.
Map event 2013. April 3. – April 24.
Landragor 2013. May 9. – May 30.

As for not being announced earlier....... well, was in 2013 Schedule; Our W3 clan has had it as an announcement as an upcoming event for over a month and we also have the Ruler of the Planet listed as well.

yeah i noticed that xeno war on world 1 was unexpectedly long.... compare to the others... but other event are on schedule so no worries about it.... a question as well,

about ruler of the planet... if we didnt finished all the tasks from the last big temple... on this event do we continue were we left off or everything resets??

I'd say that it is a total reset... or else I will be doing nothing for the time period. Given that one reward from the RotP event reduces to a normal medal, this would also seem to confirm my opinion.

I would guess that the Decree system will be different this time around. I think Miklos said something about having more decrees available as time went by, but I haven´t seen anything official about how it will work this time around.

thanx for the replies guys... i was trying to prepare for that event more... cuz every completion of rows has its own reward (like temple tasks)..

Landragor event launches on 9th of May
We are launching the Landragor event as planned. During this event, players have to re-imprison the rampaging evil dragon, Landragor. To participate in the event, simply click on the dragon icon next to your portrait.
Whenever you defeat a dracon, you get soul energy, and might get other prizes, even some rare artifacts.
Also, at the end of the event, you will get reward depending on the number of dracons you killed and the charging you did to the pylons. The reward is mostly SE, which will be spent on improving your abilities equally. We improve each ability like you have specialization active, all your specialization items equipped (relics, etc). We also give a +3 ultraspecialization bonus, as you used 10 loyalty shards.
New addition: from the 2nd day, you can view the reward you shall get (only from previous day, not the actual day).
Fights with dracons will count as hunts for Tasks.
You do not have to use your saved epic treasure chests before the third phase to find another. Each player can find one chest in 3rd phase if killing enough dracons.
You can find subplasma during the fights if you have detector, but you will not use archgems.

My relics from the previous Landragor are still there, even if I logout/login.
This is bothering, as it means I cannot get the main prize of the week yet.

I also noticted that the Book of Wisdom and Half-year auction tickets are still there. But mine says that they last until 2013.11.09...

Feels really weird, as if we all got them without havong to find them?

Since we are now allowed to retain old epic treasure chests but find a new one during the 3rd week, it may have something to do with the programming in that they were all three connected in someway, so deleting both would also have deleted the Epic Treasure Chest. Better to have the other two as freebies that risk the ire of some folks when their promised retainable Epic Treasure Chest(s) went walk about into the ether.


And are you really complaining, or just ..... pleasantly surprised at an unexpected bonus... or two.

I am not complaining, just saying that it is a bit weird. I have a "Half-year auction ticket" that is going to last about a year...

I understand it it is caused by some programming "error", but it would be nice to see some comment on the forum about it from Beholder.

LOL very good. Now except old relic which was removed .... also half-year auction ticket I got today morning from current Landragor was removed
