Sbart: fetish level determines only the maximum level the minion can be after ascension. Later, the minion can still collect xp.

Cruel01: yes, the minion achieves its maximum effect at level 250. Although it can level up further, it will have no additional effect. Fetishes having a different level is rather to offer variety for the players. A level 200 fetish will be hard to obtain, and you can use it on a top pet. There will be an easier-to-get level 50 fetish, and you can give it to a relatively new pet. Fetishes will be unique. So you can buy each fetish only once. But we plan to add like 10 fetishes to the game during the next year. Some players will not be able to get all. Bu if you miss one, you can get it later.

Tallia: there is no limit to the minions you can have, although the diferent unique fetishes you can obtain will pose a natural limit. You can't remove a fetish and downgrade a minion to normal pet after it ascended.

Don't know yet when it can go live, if all goes well, this month.

I like it, so if I understand correctly, if we get a level 120 fetish and have a level 400 pet, it can only ascend to level 120. Then through a regular routine of leveling pets to 20 and consuming them for the squeeze a level 20 pet quest we can get them to level 250 fairly quickly.
You had said that the Minion will gain the levels of the pet consumed, is that all 20 levels? you might have already mentioned that I will have to go look.... but the XP from battles probably wont be the main way to level the Minion anyway.

Question: I have pets that I have been leveling on the side for just such an event, I have used further training a bunch of times and it trains all my pets including those. Will further training have an effect on the Minion when he ascends, or just on pets that he would then consume?


EDIT: I see, it said that the Minion will get the XP from the pet consumed, not the levels.

Can a familiar be Ascended and a new familiar bought to replace it?

Nope, they said that they hoped to get Evultion into the game by/before Christmas.

The main programmer is not working next week, so pet evolution will be finished only in January.

The rewards for the Zarknod events can be claimed now.

Where does it specifically state this? Familiars are pets and provide additional bonuses...... but can't be squeezed. In all other regards, they are pets. So my question still stands.

I'll add the following:

On ascension, since it is the offering other benefits I would presume that its familiar benefits would vanish. Hence the opening for a new Familiar.

The reason for the question is basic: my highest pets are BOTH familiars and I am certain that I am not alone in this. If I am..... well, what else is new. If they can't be ascended.. then guess what folks...... those that haven't bought Familars are ahead of the payers. This would be a first in any game that I know about.

I understand, that when pass 10 days, tasks will be easy to complete, mayby instead of defeat 150 creatures from DG will be 50 only?! or not?

Wrong spot to ask this question... but Yes.... as time passes the number of actions to complete * chores decreases to a minimum I guess of around the old mark.
