Tell me, if you know, how can I delete my account on W4 in a diamond horde and register in emerald horde before W4 starts? Or, can I delete my account at the beginning of W4 and sign in after in a different horde?

I can not take quiz olympics 'cause it's missing the"start" button. And also, under the "mics" button I have only "discharge soul-well". It will be great if you could solve these problems on world 4. Thank you
