I request the game builders to build in an option for clans to vote to 'suspend' clan benefits to a specific clan member for a set (14 days ??) period of time giving the CLAN a 'punishment' option other than outright dismissal from the clan.

Awesome idea , I also would like to see some form of discipline for the clans , clans suffer when members aren't participating and a little reminder would be a great help .

1. allow a person with >= 5 votes to set the current building project as sticky (i.e. at the top of the building page)

Positive reinforcement would be good, as well as negative reinforcement. Maybe some way for the clan to grant members little icons on their character sheet (without any game effect). We've proven that even people who don't care a bit about the game effect of those Lady Alvariel's medallions will go to great lengths to get one, just to have that little icon.
