Useful hunt:
Each level increases the SE you get for hunt by 1%.
Prerequisite: Useful energies level 10.

My current EH is level 60. since i have used space rift potion couple of times useful enegies level got reset.
Now i cannot use Useful hunt AA and its a complete waste of increasing useful energies skill again.

Make the prerequisite as EH lvl 60 rather than useful energies level 10.

I think when you use spacerift potion, useful hunt does not get reset as useful energies. You just can't use it. As soon as your useful energies is back to 10, your good old useful hunt becomes available too, you dont have to increase it again.

Ok, this sounds like a bug to me. You mean that if I buy Useful energies 10, buy up my EH to 60, and then use a Spacerift potion to switch to DD 50 (and delete Useful energies) I get to keep EH at 60 when I switch back to EH? Doesn't the spacerift potion delete Useful energies and therefore the 10 extra levels of EH?

No. I didn't say your EH will stay 60. I just said that the useful hunt AA does not get deleted, it will just go inactive until you fulfill the prereq again.
