Why is it that despite a few of us having 6 votes cast for the next quest, we still have to wait for someone with 5 votes or more for the next quest to be accepted? I often have to wait several hours to take part in the next quest.

This is especially infuriating when it says :

To accept this quest at least 5 votes are needed
(will be selected immediately if a member with 5 votes chooses it)

Can you give me a specific example? What are you voting about, how many active / inactive members you have, how many votes you cast etc.

It happens EVERY time we have completed a clan quest and the two people in our clan (emerald legion) with more than 5 votes are not on-line. Today we had 6 votes cast to start the next quest

"Increase the size of the soul-well by 5%!" but nothing happened. Only when one of the two people with 5 or more votes to their name came on-line could a new quest be initiated.

Please don't forget that every player has 2 votes. If you have 7 active members, then its 14 votes, so you need at least 8 votes cast for the next quest to start. You can solve this easily, have the more active members collect the votes. Two people with 4-4 votes can make this quick
