Is it possible to transffer AS from 1 world to another, with the same character name and rest?

Currently, you can transfer AS from one character to the other only when you delete the character, and only to a character on a different world which is registered with the same email. This is done by deleting the character under Settings and giving to whom you want to transfer the AS.
