I am complaining at the lack of communication by the game developers. This morning without any warning we were told we could not duel or challenge for 24 hours as it is Xmas. Now I have no problem with this at all but it means that I am now not able to complete the seasonal quest 'win 3 challenges in one day'. Had I known I could easily have done it before the 12.00 cut-off.

Sorry for the problem, it was a server-side difficulty, our programmer has corrected it, we will add a compensation pack for the downtime.

I did this but it seems the game was ok later in the day, with many bugs (as disconnected when attacking Landragore and losing invested EE ^^ ) but running.

And as my mate asked if someone as a way to contact any admin of french game it would be nice to have some news

Have bought about 5 green crystal potions they appear on items sheet but when you use them the 50 points does not get added to total. So 8700 se later I'm still 48 crystal points away from getting the 48 points I originally needed. Oh well no boots for me. lol

Green crystal potions give Crystal points that you use to make Adventures easier.
Boots are bought from Soul Diamonds that you get from Adventures.

If you tried to use Green crystal potions to get Soul diamonds, then that is why it didn't work.
If you tried to use GCP to get crystal points so you could get Soul diamonds so you could buy the boots, then it might be a bug, and your best course of action is to submit a ticket to Customer support (big yellow HELP button, top right on your Character screen).
