We have found a bug with the AA ability "Monster regeneration". While on the other servers the maximum for this ability was 5, and the cost was 10/20/30/40/50, on the international servers for some reason the max was 10, and cost was 5/10/15 etc. We are correcting this now, if anyone leveled it above 5 and should get a refund, we give back the AA points. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Any time estimation on this? The AA skill is still at L10 max?
