Hi,

I don't really understand the issue, the City of Hope doesn't have a separate reward at the end of the event, it can be progressively picked up over the course of the event as you progress through the tasks and build levels.

There are two sets of rewards, the architect rewards (which I have claimed as I went through the process), and the elite rewards, which are claimed after the event is over. I cannot/have not received the elite rewards. Please check my history of rewards claimed in the city of hope, and you will see. I have not receive any of my elite rewards, except the ones that I got the last time I completed the process.

I think "making a deposit" is Steve Diko's way of saying purchase ancient stones. Did you buy AS before the event? If not, you don't get the elite rewards. If you did, the elite rewards are claimable after you surpass each level, just the same as the architect rewards.
