i think that these complaints regularly overestimate the frequency and timing of subplasma attacks visited upon them. i have never said i never subplasma attack. this year, for example, i have used 20 of them (4x5), back in january. but none of it matters, as subplasma attacks are legal to use against any level at any frequency for any reason. harmless attacks outside of normal attack range is not an abuse of the resource - it's the purpose of the resource.
