I have been receiving this message for the past week or so:

With the set conditions you cannot challenge any Doomlords.

I have NO conditions set and I have just waited it out and the list of blank potential target returns. This is very annoying, since I cannot just click on someone to attack them. Please fix this issue, it appears to be ongoing.

I have a problem in starting my own clan in World 2.
I had applied to create my own clan and it has ben 3 days now and it is still pending !!!
Neither can i start my own clan nor can i apply to an existing one as all I can when i click on Clan link is below line.

You petitioned for establishing a clan. Please be patient until the petition will be considered.

Any suggestion how to go about it would be highly appreciated

I hope this is the right topic to post a problem in Quest
I am a lvl 5 in W2 and i have completed a quest but when i click to take the reward, all i get is anothe rpage with open quest and completed quest link. Thats it !
I am unable to take any new quests because of this.
