If you have 5 or more votes, your changes will apply immediately. Else, the rest of the clan needs to vote if they accept them.

I inherited my clan from the original owner. he somehow edited the home clan page. is there someway for me to edit it?
okay, im reeeeely sorry. but i cant find the answer to this(maybe im just not looking hard enough?) i can't seem to figure out what increasing Thaumaturgy does for one's character.
