I attacked in dimension gate with -50% from duels to check if you are right. This happened:

Then if you are correct it means when i fight without fatigue i should be doing more damage. I did 800 spell damage with critical at my example at -50%. That would mean i should be doing 800 damage WITHOUT CRITICAL if my spell hits at full strength. I have thamadurgy at 130, i am not emerald and my spells base damage is max 171. Somehow that does not seem possible. I do not doubt it was supposed to be that way but check to see if it actually applies!

I'm in the same boat as Stekkos. I have ALWAYS used the dimension gate after the penalty to duel becomes to great. The dimension battles look as good as a 100% duel.

There must be more to the formula that makes it easier to do dimension gates.

To be fair, i just dueled at full strength with a player and did 840 spell damage without critical.

but the other way around... then if u fight 3 times in a row at the dimension gate (by spending action points) your first duel is fought by -10%?

I just tested this in reverse. I did 2 dimension gates and 3 duels (I have the acceleration option) before I got the -10% listed.

That's not true!
After 10 duels in a row (-80% to all) in the dimension gate:


My Thaumaturgy is 40+6. With -80% it is 9,2 => no damage bonus from thaumaturgy.
The maximum damage of the fire breeze is 34. It can't deal 40 damage without thaumaturgy bonus.

True, i tested it also with -70% and got 1250 spell damege with critical, impossiple with less than 50 Thama and almost 60 IQ!!!!

When someone is in the torture chamber, do you get his won SE from duels only, or from hunting as well? I would like to hear from the coders on this one (of from someone with inside info )

Also, does all SE from that day count, or is it just from the point of dragging?

Well i am not a coder but the explanation i got from veteran players is that you get a percentage of the se he gains FROM ANY SOURCE (so hunting and dueling), but only from the point you dragged him to the chamber, not before. Every day at 3am server time they get out, no matter when you got them (unless they beat you in a duel and they get out earlier).

So the erlier you grab someone, the more chance to get good ammount of se

Now, I'm assuming this means if I have the skill at 40, and Mind Boost at 80 (so effectively 40), if I Mind Boost this skill, it will still Max out at 60. Is this correct, or is the cap only for "Natural Ability" of the skill, and then Mind Boost can still act on it (up to double)?

Any skill can be mind boosted up to its max. So in your case it will be 40+20

I happened to see "Friendship crystals" in some of the player's profiles. Could someone tell me how can one aquire them?

It was a special event a few month ago, for 2 weeks any players registered under your recommendation, were added to a special group. When any of them (at any time, even after the 2 weeks) reached level 5, you got a friendship crystal of 1 level higher (so if 10 players registered under your recomendation and then reached level 5 you got a level 10 crystal). So only if they repeat the event you can get one

I inherited my clan from the original owner. he somehow edited the home clan page. is there someway for me to edit it?

If you mean the main page all players can see (called the data sheet), you need to click the MODIFY DATA SHEET button at the bottom of your clans main page. If you have 5 or more votes, your changes will apply immediately. Else, the rest of the clan needs to vote if they accept them.
