Viridel, stop necroposting please.

instead of reprimanding him for reposting a list of old but very relevant and excellent suggestions, why dont you post as to why these have not only not been responded to by admin but why they werent implemnted long time ago when first posted.

there is no point to these forums if the people developing the game are not interested in whats being posted, to have the forum then ignore everything it just a big finger to the people that actualy use them for what we all think they are here for. To help improve game.

"On the American Flag, if White means peace, Red means war, what does Blue mean?"

Who came up with that? Never heard that one before in my entire life.

Red: hardiness & valor
White: purity and innocence
Blue: vigilance, perseverance & justice

And that's the definition that was given by the Continental Congress.

just got this question...

Which animal was walking around on this planet first?
spider
snake
shrew
cockroach <----

How can anyone possibly be sure what animal walked around on planet earth hundreds of millions of years ago? Besides, most likely answer to this question would not be a cockroach, but a fish/reptile hybrid that evolved and crawled around.

and i quote from a scientific source:

"ScienceDaily (Oct. 6, 2008) — The fossilized trail of an aquatic creature suggests that animals walked using legs at least 30 million years earlier than had been thought. The tracks -- two parallel rows of small dots, each about 2 millimeters in diameter -- date back some 570 million years, to the Ediacaran period."

soooo.... SCRAP PLEASE!!!

Maria Curie-Sklodowska discovered Radium and Polonium. What was Polonium named after?
Her nationality <--
Her husband
Her dog
The city where she lived

Polonium was discovered by Marie Skłodowska-Curie and her husband Pierre Curie in 1898 and was later named after Marie Curie's native land of Poland (Latin: Polonia)

Nationality is an understandable answer, but I still think it should be her native land.

Which country has the oldest national anthem?
England
Netherlands <-- right
Germany
China

Various countries including Japan, Netherlands (Holland), and Britain lay claim to having the oldest national anthem. The Japanese anthem 'The Kimigayo (the Emperor's reign)' was adopted in 1888, and was originally a poem written by Ki No Tsurayuki in the early 10th century. The music was written in 1880. The Dutch claim is based on their anthem 'The Wilhelmus' being written in 1570, but it was not adopted as the national anthem until 1932. The British national anthem was originally a patriotic song, popular in 1745 at the time of the Scots Jacobite rebellion. The song was used thereafter to greet the British monarch whenever he/she appeared in public. The original author is unknown, and it is believed to date from the mid 16th century.

To me, it looks like Japan is the right answer, though it is still ambiguous to determine when the national anthem became the national anthem (when it was written or when it was sung).

England's was adopted in 1745 (it seems) and was written in mid 16th century, 1550.
Netherland's was adopted in 1932 and was written in 1570.
Japan's was adopted in 1888 and was written 910AD.

Either way, it's not Netherlands. Delete.

Which greek hero founded Rome?

Since there are other legends about the founding of Rome that have nothing to do with Greek heroes, the question should AT LEAST say ... according to X legend...

Premium membership gives some bonuses for those that pay, but it was mentioned by the creators of the game that is not something neccessary to advance succesfully. I pay from the start because its the way i approach any game: I want to have full access to every option.

You can't win at this game without premium membership anyway and some of these players are so far advanced that they can't be beaten, so when my premium membership runs out I'm done. It's pointless for me to keep spending money on a losing game.

By many metrics, the top player in W2 is MsPiggy, who I believe has never spent one cent (that's an extremely small unit of American currency, for you Euros out there ) on the game. I've got premium equipment now, but I didn't for a long time, and I did fine. I broke down and got the better equipment because I couldn't compete in the championship without it. I never buy premium status, except when I want to name my pets. And I'm #4 in SE differential. So it's definitely possible to do well in this game without spending money. Get in a good, active clan with experienced players and ask for pointers, and you'll find yourself doing better and enjoying yourself more.

The adventure we write - are they used in the forum? I seriously doubt I will write an adventure as the evaluation for it already sounds as flawed as the quiz evaluation of which I stopped writing those. Besides, why should I write something for this game and get no profit from it? Same with the quiz questions. We write these things which keeps your game going and we still have to pay for premium membership. I don't need diamonds that badly. You can't win at this game without premium membership anyway and some of these players are so far advanced that they can't be beaten, so when my premium membership runs out I'm done. This 1 needs to be cleared up.

Which of these is a planet?
Mercury
Titan
Pluto
Charon

until recently pluto & mercury were both planets. And I, for one, do not agree with the theory that pluto is a moon because of it's smaller size. Also, because I'm older than probably most players here, I remember this stuff.

Maybe rewording the question to something like 'as of 2009 which is of these is a planet?'

Maybe i'm just too old and shouldn't bother with this game. (48)

Pluto is not classed a moon, but a dwarf planet, so I do agree Pluto does not belong on this list as it makes the question somewhat ambiguous.

Does the Destructor (Effect: +100 bonus damage vs epic opponents) apply to entities too (from Epic Monument 2) or just to full-clan epics? Also, do you get the bonus every time you land a hit, or just once per battle?

also.. is the bonus applied to weapon dmg (i.e. BEFORE all other bonuses) or after the full calculated dmg?
