Championship: to the last blood...

Rules: Combat lasts until one combatant loses all hit points or gets executed. So it consists of one spell round, melee rounds, then spell round again, melee rounds, etc. At the beginning of each combat, players and pets start with max hp like in normal championship. Spell effects last until the next spell round.
The winner receives a red championship medal (+1 to all base stats, like the blue medal).
The last blood championship takes place 2 weeks after/before the normal championship, in the middle of the month. You can sign up for it the same way as you sign up for a normal tournament (under Misc, Championship).

Note: Medals cannot be sold in the auction house (including blue medals!)

The championship medals (blue from normal and red from this tournament) will work this way:

1. Bonus. We calculate the bonus two ways, and whichever way gives higher bonus will be applied.
1.1. Method #1: We summarize the number of red and blue medals. For the first 10 medals, you get full bonus. for the next 10 medals, you get half bonus. For the 21-30. medal, you get 1/3 bonus, etv.
1.2. Method #2. Either your red or blue medals count (whichever is more), but to full extent.
Example: You have 22 blue and 3 red medal.
method#1: 10+5+2 = 17 bonus.
method#2: 22>3 -> 22 bonus.
So the bonus will be 22.

2. Handicap. You get handicap during all championships (only) depending on your medals.
2.1. Each medal gives -1 to all stats during the championship instead of +1.
2.2. If you already won in that category, the modifier will be -3 per medal instead.
2.3. On the last blood tournament you will also get -1% per medal to the important combat skill (criticals, execution, damage shields).
2.4. If you already won several times in the same category, you have to choose that you will get -10 stats per medal (and also to your skills on last blood), OR you participate in the next category upwards (in that case you get only the 2.1-2.3 modifiers). "Several times" is a number depending on your level, defined below:

8-19 (per category): MAX 1
20-34: (per category): MAX 2
35-46: (per category): MAX 2
47-61: (per category): MAX 3
62-79: (per category): MAX 3
80-100: (per category): MAX 3
101-124 : (per category): MAX 4
etc.

You can sell your blue championship's medal in auction hall only to Monday.

For 2.4 when you reach the "several times" or "MAX", if you choose to stay in the current level with the -10/medal penalty and you manage to win the championship, will you still get a medal or does MAX actually mean that is the Maximum number of medals? If I'm reading it correctly you still get a medal, but the inclusion of "MAX" is what confuses me I guess...

I do like the ideal of those that have already won recieve a "handicap" to allow others a chance at winning, that way it's not a "haves vs. Have-nots" because so far I'm a have-not

On the handicap, I am assuming the blue medals also give the minuses for the red championship and vice-versa. So for this first red championship, next week, we will already be handicapped. Is this correct?

Also, I believe rule 2.1 ("Each medal gives -1 to all stats during the championship instead of +1.") is an inversion of your bonus. So in your example, the handicap would be -22 and not -25. Is that so?

On World2 there is still a button in the Auction House to sell Championship medals. When is the last chance supposed to be (or is this a bug)?

The script on the red medal (when you hold the mouse over it) says !!HSZ!! (ubajnoki_medal). I assume it should read similar to the blue medal. I don't think any stat bonus is being added either.

Personally I think the jpg looks terrible. It would look much better if only the stone part was red rather than have a red square around it all.

But overall the championship is a nice addition.

I have 2 blue medals and 1 red. Both the blue medal and red says that I get +3 to each ability score when you hover the mouse over the button. I take it that I should be getting +2 for the blue medals and +1 for the red.

I really don't know what is being added to the abilities though as I haven't paid enough attention on it. I don't think it is adding +6 so perhaps what is actually being added is correct. Someone else may be able to confirm this part.

Each medal is giving +1.
Description adds them. +3 if you have 3 medals, no matter the color.

I don't believe the handicap is working. Trackur just beat me again and he's already won 4-5 times in this category. Even though he is stronger than me, I am pretty sure he can't beat me with -120 (yeah, the dude is good and has 12 medals!) in all his stats. As a matter of fact, he would probably lose to everyone with -120.
