Megaessences--I recently completed my 25th megaessence:

Your megaessences:

1.) From now all your pets skill maximum increased by 10.
2.) Pet training time is halved, its SE cost is reduced by 25%.
3.) Increasing abilities costs 1% less.
4.) +3% SE for hunt (does not stack with Tower of Power).
5.) Increasing skills costs 1% less.
6.) From now on, each of your pets max. skill points is increased by 10.
7.) Developing your luck is 2% more effective
8.) Your pets morale decreases slower (equivalent of approx. +15 charisma)
9.) You get 5% more AA points.
10.) From now on, each of your pets max. skill points is increased by 10.
11.) The maximum of your intelligent pet skill is increased by 5.
12.) The cost of training a pet decreases by 50% instead of 25%.
13.) You get+5% bonus to your hunts instead of +3% SE. (Does not stack with Tower of Power bonus)
14.) If you use a non-exceptional essence, there is a chance that you find an exceptional essence.
15.) From now on, each of your pets max. skill points is increased by 10.
16.) You get an additional 5% bonus to your AA points.
17.) The bonus to increase your abilities is now 2% instead of 1%.
18.) The bonus to increase your skills is now 2% instead of 1%.
19.) The bonus to increase your luck is now 4% instead of 2%.
20.) From now on, each of your pets max. skill points is increased by 10.
21.) The efficiency of healing your pets is increased by 50%.
22.) The maximum of your trade skill is increased by 20.
23.) The maximum of your soul-energy squeezing skill is increased by 5.
24.) The bonus to increase your luck is now 6% instead of 4%.
25.) From now on, each of your pets max. skill points is increased by 10.

My complaint is with number 22. I completed that megaessence, and then committed the SE to increase my trade level by 20. I did this, and my trade level did not increase at all. I receive some bonuses to my trade level due to my equipment/focus crystals etc., what gives? If you cannot increase a skill's level, then do not allow me to spend the SE to do that, otherwise, allow me to increase my trade level as I was led to believe by the upgrade process. Thanks,

It works fine for me . My trade is maxed at 280 as below:
- 170 from base skill
+10 from Black Market Membership
+20 from AA skill
+20 from Megaessence 22
+60 from Necklace of Bargain

Phaedrus, the +20 trade skill works for me, too. regarding the adventures difficulty, i was under the impression that the skills were some kind of average of players around me. so, it may not be that beholder made any changes to their difficulty, but simply that you leveled up into the range of a really skilled player or one leveled up to you. best, manunkind

Actually, the adventure difficulty is the average of all other players at the same level, except when there are less than 3 players on that level. When this happens (and Phaedrus is in this situation atm), the game produces a "fair number" for the test. Problem is the calculation not always makes much sense from a "reality stand point", as it uses the level, but it disregards some variables. For example, Expert Hunt and Map Finding have really high test values despite players only keeping them at a fraction of their level. I know this because I also face the same issue from time to time and I need to spend a ton of crystal points for those 2.

Demo and Sorcha have probably been around since the game launch, since I have never seen them active. The difference between the players, skill and ability wise, is not too far. As I stated before, I consistently won duels against around 90 per cent of my opponents, now I am winning 1 out of 12? Something is not right

Here is my complaint: When I increased my trade skill as per my previous post (via megaessence 22), it allowed me to do so, but my actual trade did not increase. The increase was taken out of my already existing bonus to my trade skill, which was gained via various bonuses and relics. I would not have donated the SE necessary to increase this skill had I known that it was simply going to vanish. My bonuses took the hit, and I think this is unfair, and if this was going to be the case, it should not have allowed me to increase the trade skill at all.

To be clear, my trade skill was at around 206 or so, plus 80 bonus, for a total of 286. After I increased my trade skill via the megaessence, my trade skill was 226 + 60 bonus, for a total of 286. The result is the same either way, but I think it is a scam to allow us to increase our trade ability without an actual trade ability increase. The programmers could easily fix this with a simple limit expression, and it would be clear that this was not doable.

Regarding hard Adventure fights:
The system will only average players in the same level as you and you are the only one at 178. As there are not 3 players it generates a random enemy that it deems appropriate. Try to contact support to see if they can reduce difficulty in those cases.

Regarding Trade skill:
It's probably because of Mind Boost. You didn't need to increase the skill by 20 because the Mind Boost would have already covered it. In any case, you didn't have 226+60 before Megaessence 22.

Then the game should not have allowed me to increase it, since I was already declaring the bonus before I upgraded my trade skill. Or, it should be clear that I could not do so in the rules.

You can increase the skill until it reaches its maximum, if the skill is mindboosted, then the mindboost bonus will decrease with the same amount.

no, same name. is your trade already maxed?

trade 210+50 = 260 but surely it should be 270 as I have :
170 from base skill
+10 from Black Market Membership
+20 from AA skill
+20 from Megaessence 22
+50 from Mithril Necklace of Bargain

if you are above level 100 there is no difference between Trade 260 and Trade 270, since you need 20 levels of Trade skill to buy things one level higher from the Soul-Huckster (see the description of the Trade skill).

You need the Kryxonium Necklace of Bargain to make it work and gain a "full" level of Trade.

Indeed there is no difference between trade 260 and trade 270.............................
apart from only needing another 10 points to get to lvl 280...

Undocumentet changes to the game (at least undocumented here...):

1) There is a limit to the damage of Minion explosion, in some way depending on the AA ability level. Also, the damage of the explosion has been lowered.

2) You can now defne a Minion as the reciver of the "feed a minion", it no longer has to be the active minion.

Anyone found anything else?
