How often should I win blue or red when I spin the wheel? since I start doing the temple(21spin) I didnt get that kind of color.. and before the event I got only 1 red and maybe 2 blue. 3 spin every day.. but for what?

We added a new system to reduce the bad luck factor in Wheel of Fortune. Whenever you roll for ancient stones, and don't win ultra-rare (red) prize, you get 1 bad luck point. Whenever you roll a red prize, you lose bad luck points, amount depends on the item (weaker items less, more powerful ones more). Whenever you have 100 or more bad luck points, your chance to win a red prize is increases dramatically.
With this system, unlucky players' chances are improved eventually, but lucky peoples chances are not affected.

a) Is it reusable? That is, do I get it back if I equip the pet with the Ultra-implant with some other equipment?

It is not reusable, and you can have more than one.

You should probably reconsider this. I wanted to buy a saddle for my pet with the ultra implant and then re-equip it. As this is not possible, I will simply not purchase the saddle.

I went for a hunt to be able to spin the wheel. I captured a pet. According to the wheel I have not hunted or duelled for the day.

Obviously capturing a pet is not counted as a hunt (despite starting a hunt and using an AP), is this intended to be the case?

Yes, that is intended. The limit off "Hunt or win a duel" should probably be read as "Hunt or win a duel so you get some XP", and the limitation is there so that players don´t sit in the Catacombs all month (benefiting from the Wheel of Fortune) and then just come out for the Championship.
So if you hunt and capture a pet, it doesn´t count since you didn´t get any XP.

is it possible to get red if u dont play for AS? because i play on 3 servers i rolled altogether like 150X (maybe even more) and didnt get one, all i got i like 5 blue ones, but notheing useful

Not directly. The red (Ultra-rare) can only come up when you re-spin the wheel. So you can get a Blue (rare) and get a Luck coupon, and the re-spin the wheel and get a Red.

can any admin look at my bad luck points? because i think i currently have WAY MORE then the 100 points and have not rolled a red in MONTHS now (and yes i roll each day with AS as well)

since the introduction of this wheel i have only gotten 2 reds, which both dropped for me in the very beginning, and have not rolled a red like i said in about 2 months while spinning every day.

Sacrosanct, I checked your character, you have minus 53 bad luck points. You mentioned you rolled 2 red earlier, the bad luck point system was applied retroactively, so if those reds you won were some super-rare stuff that might have been some points. But no worries this does not reduce your chance to win, you just dont have an increased chance.
PS. I checked the full log, I see here a quiz medal, an ultra-implant, a relic coupon, its not that bad
