On Thursday begins our new mini-event series, Summer vacation! It will have similar tasks as the one we had last summer. If you missed sun fetish the last time, now is your chance to grab it! If you already have it, choose a fetish shard, or one of the other rewards like minion crystals. You will get tasks until 8th of Aug, and the rewards can be claimed for a few days after. Have fun!

The tasks are the same as last summer, one change is that we added fetish shard to the rewards for those who already have the sun fetish.

We don't have the list of tasks here in the forum. Summer Vacation was the first mini-event and you only started posting the list of tasks after that.

Also, when are you planning to fix the mismatch between mini-events clock and game clock? I always struggle to complete the tasks on day 1 because we don't have a full day to complete them. So please either start the event at midnight or finish the "event day" at 14:00.

Miklos, I did not complete the summer vacation event last year and had some (I think about 50) sun crystals left over and unused. Now they appear to have vanished. I was led to believe in another topic (upcoming development - mini events) that they would not be lost. Please investigate as I expect others will also be affected.

So it did happen. I noticed I had too few sun crystals ( I had kept some from previous year, when I joined the game ) , but thought it was just my poor memory...

I confess I wasn't keeping score... I am sitting on 21, so if I subtract the ones I got from the current event, that leaves me 7 from the past (we don't get them by hunting or dueling, just on the Summer Vacation page, right?). I am not sure if I had only 7 though. Looking at the "other leftovers", it's hard to tell. In some events, I used almost them all. In others, I still have quite some. As a matter of fact, I will leave my personal data here for future reference.

Hi! I'm 100% sure we did not remove sun crystals from anyone. However, at later events, you had the opportunity to exchange leftover sun crystals for minion crystals, maybe that happened to them. But no worries, you can get more than enough sun crystals during this event.

I regret very much I couldn't make a list of the tasks, I'm on holiday so I don't have the detailed documents which I use for translation. I still hope the tasks will be easy, this was the first such event, as I remember none of them needed extensive preparation.

As long as we get to keep any left over from event to next, I'm good with it

I can't be 100% sure whether I had any sun crystals before and I may possibly have changed them for minion crystals but I don't think so. I know for sure I have some of the ones Cruel listed - 50 carnival masks, 76 snow crystals, 40 xeno chitins, 57 grapes,5 colored egg, 3 chalice of life, 45 victory emblem. And I will not be changing them. As long as we stand a decent chance of getting 100 this time though I will be satisfied.

Yes,we don't take away earnings from previous events, you can keep them, use them on next same event 1 year later, or you can exchange them for minion crystals in the event after.

this one requires preparation. i will not be able to complete it. had i known, i would have left tasks incomplete.

It also caught me unprepared... Miraculously, I only have 1 day and 6 hours for reset, so I will miss just one day. If that task has been in the first batch, I would have been really screwed since I finished my current ToD 10 days ago.

Even more irritating is I cleared 4, 2 days ago!!!

Yes, totally random wheter you can make that task or not, and it even promotes not doing content until the last moment (i.e. saving task in case something like this comes up).

Is that good game design?

Is the latest summer vacation task 'Curse' another mistake or cheat? The reward shown is 1 AA point but no sun crystal.
