I would like to give heads-up on upcoming developments.

A new game feature will be Tower of Challenge. The tower has unlimited levels, each level is guarded by a stonger monster which you have to defeat. Each monster is suspectible to one or two elemental attack, and resistant to another. As you may have noticed, equipment now has an elemental icon added. This wil help you choose the proper equipment. Depending on your level, the first 10, or maybe even the first 100 level will be absolutely trivial, and you dont even have to worry about elemental armor and weapons. But eventually, you will meet your nemesis. In this case, you will have the opportunity to ask help from another player, he will defeat the monster for you - but the number of helps is limited, and the event lasts only for 7 days! Before advancing to the new level, you also have to complete a small task as well. The event will have 3 type of rewards: first of all, you get tokens for each fight, which you can exchange for a reward of your choice. Second, you will get various rewards at the end, depending on how many levels you cleared. And finally, we will award medals to the best, who have reached the highest levels. The event will repeat once every 6 months. Expect the launch of this event in 1-2 weeks.

Gigantic Temple of Doom. You bored with the Temple of Doom? Is it too easy? Not rewarding enough? Here is the new challenge! You will need 10 temple wands to activate it. Also, you must be level 90 and have to possess the maximum number of temple medals. In the Gigantic Temple, you get 10x reward in the small pouches, and an even greater pile of treasure in the final chest. Upon completing the first Gigantic Temple, you will also earn a unique relic which allows +1 combat minions. Afterwards, you will be able to earn additional medals which carry you above the previous maximum.

New AA abilities. We are adding new AA abilities, mostly connected to the Temple of Doom developments, which reduce costs etc. Please note that we were also forced to add a nerf, regarding to the temple crystals. You can exchange 30 temple crystals to 10 ancient stones. This is still possible, but after doing 100 such exchanges (for 1000 ancient stones!) the exchange cost is raised to 60 temple crystals. After 50 more exchange, it will be 90, after 50 more 120 etc for up to 300. This was necessary to balance the exponentially increasing number of temple crystals. (This change is live now on the int. servers as well!) You will be able to reduce the exchange cost with the above mentoned AA abilities, and also boost your temple crystal income.

Doomlord 10th birthday. The first original Doomlord server has launched on 22th of September, 2008. We will be celebrating this with various events, so stay alert for these!

Still waiting for translations, when it is done (in 1-2 weeks) we will add that too. Until then, save up temple wands

So it should be at least equal to 10 separated temples... But since you get an additional combat minion when you finish the first super temple it is worth checking

Kind of.

The Reward is not straight 10x the Reward of a normal temple, but different. It also does not take 10x as much time to complete. It looks like it would be a question of what you as a player prefers.

Dear Players, Tower of Challenge is coming back on Wednesday!

Expected changes:

1.) If you reached at least level 52 previously, this time you will start from "your last level"-50 instead of level 1. For example, if you reached to level 100 previously, you will start from level 50 right away (but you will still need to do at least 1 level to claim any rewards!)

2.) You can claim rewards for levels for which you have claimed it before (even if you "jumped" them like described in 1.)) Some of these rewards will be the same items (just lesser amount), some will be different items, and some will be the exact same item (like temple and pit wands). We also added new rewards for level 115-140.

3.) The medals will get some extra bonus besides that they reduce the waiting time in the tower. So they will be useful outside the tower, by granting some critical hit and toughness. If you have different medals, you will still keep each, but only the strongest will take effect, for example if you have 2 silver and 1 gold, the gold will take effect. However, a 2nd, 3rd etc gold medal will give additional bonus.

if you have finished the gigantic temple and you already got the nedal that allows you to take another minion in battle if you finish again a gigantic temple you will get again the medal allowing to get another minion or this is only for the first time you finish?
