I must have missed something . I collected all my pieces of the map and only received the bronze reward . It was my understanding that I would get the platinum . I was in Terrgath following

Did Terrgath win?
How many followers did he have?

I finished with 120 pieces which was enough for the reward 2 above my team place and we finished First. Why did I not get the platinum reward?

You can only get the platinum item, if you had the golden item before.

There is no mention of bonus rewards for extra collection for 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place teams. I would assume they will be the same.

Yes, you can get better reward if you get +50, +100, +150 pieces even if you team ranks lower.

If I win a silver reward, but already have silver, does it upgrade to gold?

No.
To get a gold reward :
~ Your team finishes 1st, and you have at least 10 map pieces.
~ Your team finishes 2nd, and you have enough map pieces to qualify for one grade better reward.
~ Your team finishes 3rd, and you have enough map pieces to qualify for two grades better reward.
~ Your team finishes 4th, and you have enough map pieces to qualify for three grade better reward.

They number of pieces necessary for a better reward varies, check your map event page to see how many you need.

No. You get the reward what you won, regardless of what did you have before. The only exception is if you have a gold, AND win a gold. In that case you will receive a platinum. Please also note that if you have platinum and win gold, your platinum will NOT upgrade to mithril. In that case, you win nothing.

If you think you will get only an inferior reward, you can tick in the "I ask a medal of Doom instead".

You could not join a huckster if you already had the platinum reward, but there was no such checking when you switched team. For the next event, we will add a checking for that too. If anyone have a problem from this or rewards please write us under Help.


The event is over now, but the result is not displayed yet. The program which makes the calculations and gives out reward runs automatically, but it seems now it needs to be run manually by our programmer. It will be done in a few hours. Thanks for your patience!

200 hunts, 35 duels, Mapping ability 60, and bonus wand=1 MAP PIECE??? This event annoys me. I understand that it is a random chance, but I would figure that with that random chance I should have 8.2 pieces+/- 1 or 2, not minus 7.
