Dear Players! Doomlord celebrates its 10th birthday on 22th of September. This is a very special anniversary. When we launched the game, we could never imagine that it will last for so long. We would like to thank you for your continued loyalty and support! And this time, we tried to make even better promotions and events to celebrate this birtday. Please read the details below!
10th birthday package
For a single, 8 EUR purchase you will get 600-900 ancient stones instead of the usual 100-200. Also, you will receive additional gifts, 2 time-travel rods and 2 temple wands!
Details: between 22th and 30th of Sept (after the current promotion) for the 8 EUR purchase (but only for that!) you get a special package instead of the usual 100 ancient stones.
1.) From the day after the purchase, you will get ancient stones every day for the next 30 days. The amount depends on how many times you exchanged temple crystals to ancient stones. Less than 100, you get 30 AS each day, 100-199, 25 AS each day, 200 or more, you get 30 AS each day. So if you log in each day for this 30 days, you will get 600-900 ancient stones - 6-9 times more than the usual package (3-4.5 times more if you have burnt-out stones). You get this instead of the 100 AS, not besides.
2.) As an additional gift, you will get 2 time-travel rods. When you use such a rod, your „temple crystals to ancient stones” counter is decreased by 20.

I would like to give heads-up on upcoming developments.
A new game feature will be Tower of Challenge. The tower has unlimited levels, each level is guarded by a stonger monster which you have to defeat. Each monster is suspectible to one or two elemental attack, and resistant to another. As you may have noticed, equipment now has an elemental icon added. This wil help you choose the proper equipment. Depending on your level, the first 10, or maybe even the first 100 level will be absolutely trivial, and you dont even have to worry about elemental armor and weapons. But eventually, you will meet your nemesis. In this case, you will have the opportunity to ask help from another player, he will defeat the monster for you - but the number of helps is limited, and the event lasts only for 7 days! Before advancing to the new level, you also have to complete a small task as well. The event will have 3 type of rewards: first of all, you get tokens for each fight, which you can exchange for a reward of your choice. Second, you will get various rewards at the end, depending on how many levels you cleared. And finally, we will award medals to the best, who have reached the highest levels. The event will repeat once every 6 months. Expect the launch of this event in 1-2 weeks.
Gigantic Temple of Doom. You bored with the Temple of Doom? Is it too easy? Not rewarding enough? Here is the new challenge! You will need 10 temple wands to activate it. Also, you must be level 90 and have to possess the maximum number of temple medals. In the Gigantic Temple, you get 10x reward in the small pouches, and an even greater pile of treasure in the final chest. Upon completing the first Gigantic Temple, you will also earn a unique relic which allows +1 combat minions. Afterwards, you will be able to earn additional medals which carry you above the previous maximum.
New AA abilities. We are adding new AA abilities, mostly connected to the Temple of Doom developments, which reduce costs etc. Please note that we were also forced to add a nerf, regarding to the temple crystals. You can exchange 30 temple crystals to 10 ancient stones. This is still possible, but after doing 100 such exchanges (for 1000 ancient stones!) the exchange cost is raised to 60 temple crystals. After 50 more exchange, it will be 90, after 50 more 120 etc for up to 300. This was necessary to balance the exponentially increasing number of temple crystals. (This change is live now on the int. servers as well!) You will be able to reduce the exchange cost with the above mentoned AA abilities, and also boost your temple crystal income.
Doomlord 10th birthday. The first original Doomlord server has launched on 22th of September, 2008. We will be celebrating this with various events, so stay alert for these!

Okay, we figured out what happened. The server has tried to run an "unscheduled" quiz olympics although there was none scheduled at that time. Dear Players, Quiz olympics requires FLASH enabled in your browser. I know browsers nowadays are more and more hostile towards flash, so it is disabled as default. Check the browser you are using how to enable flash, in case it doesn't offer enable in the first place when entering the quiz olympics. We tested it, and it still works with Chrome, Mozilla etc. but you have to click the enable. In case you clicked disable earlier, you have to find flash settings and enable it again.

We fixed this, thanks for reporting.
Dear Players, We have finished the server transfer, and hopefully you will have a better playing experience. here is a list of issues we experienced after the transfer:
- The early morning refresh script (recommendation, torture chamber, tower of power) did not run on the next day after the patch. Players will get the corresponding bonus together with the next days bonus.
- Lady Alvariel results not showing up. The list is refreshed each day at a given time. As soon as the refresh script runs, the results will show correctly.
- Battle descriptions not showing up. We fixed this.
- Quiz olympics. We postponed the quiz olympics until next Monday.
- Clan championship now refreshes. For all players, one round of the championship was skipped due to the patch. To compensate for this, we add an extra round. So there will be no 1 day pause between noon of Monday and Tuesday, but there will be the extra round instead.
- Paypal is now working.
Still in progress:
- We are copying the old combat descriptions from the previous servers, this will take some more time.
- We are adjusting the payment interface for paysafe, skrill, onebit etc. Expect these do work in 1-2 days at most.

- Lady Alvariel results not showing up. The list is refreshed each day at a given time. As soon as the refresh script runs, the results will show correctly.
- Battle descriptions not showing up. We fixed this.
- Quiz olympics. We postponed the quiz olympics until next Monday.
- Clan championship now refreshes. For all players, one round of the championship was skipped due to the patch. To compensate for this, we add an extra round. So there will be no 1 day pause between noon of Monday and Tuesday, but there will be the extra round instead.
- Paypal is now working.

- We are copying the old combat descriptions from the previous servers, this will take some more time.
- We are adjusting the payment interface for paysafe, skrill, onebit etc. Expect these do work in 1-2 days at most.

- added the missing picture for sapphire minion battlestone
- added new relics to the "Relics" page, please check them!
- you can visit the dimension door multiple times with a single click, up to 5 times. The SE, the treasures, the quest counts will all be multiplied, but the opponent will be always a single, epic level opponent. The number of allowed entries depend on when would you get your next epic opponent. if, for example, the 4th opponent would be epic, you can enter 3 times in a row, then you have to kill the epic opponent, then you can enter again 5 times. After entering, the cost of instant re-entry is also multiplied, but your first multi-entry has no extra cost, so besides clicks, you can save ancient stones / APts here. This function requires premium membership.
- automatic IQ skill improve for pets. If you are a premium member, you will have a new button on you Pets page. Setting this, you will automatically spend all skill points on a pet's intelligence if its not maxed yet when they level up.
- There will be tasks in the Temple of Doom which are completeted automatically when you get a new Temple, if you have completed at least 30 temples, and you are a premium member. These tasks are:
