Did you sell your Doomcrystal after you got it? If yes, you will get another one from the next special DG monster by a 1:4 chance.
If you keep one, you can't get another one because the script prevents having two lvl 80 crystals with the same name.

If it already stacked, the system is out of function.

Alright, here's the key:

Execute an opponent quest help:
Attack players with really low ability score - meaning they have't got high constitution
Raise your execution skill a bit more. Having a lvl 15 skill only lets you execute your opponents if you can hit them down to <75 HP
Take pets with you - well trained pets can be a big help
If you are in a clan, csrying will help you too - just use scrying function on the lowest ability score players and if you are lucky you'll find some close to the minimum HP allowed to be attacked.
You can still ask other players to help you.

That has nothing to do with losing SE after winning a duel. Especially when the defending party had no artifact that drains SE from the winner like Scarab.

Valkyrie's problem could be that he attacks players with high level of Soul Drain. If he goes into battle with like 40-50k - it's not a big deal to syphon 5k SE. If the attacked user has no or low level soul drain, now that is a bug.
