I finally was able to collect 10 fetish shards with the 2016 Spring Event.
When I selected the 10 shards in my inventory, then selected "submit" (in order to try to get my Fetish of Doom), I saw only the following:
"You drink the crystal potion for 0 crystal points". Then, my number of fetish shards is now dropped down to 9!
Is there a problem with the fetish shard activation?

Can you clarify the penalty for using less than 4 RDs in the current RotP event?
I thought there was no penalty for 0-3 RDs used. It seems that there is a time penalty, even if you don't use an excess of 3 RDs.
