I don't know, if this is the right forum, but many players in W4 have been temporarily suspended. What is the reason for this? Are they all cheats? If cheats they should be banned.

I have a bag of ancient stones (relic), which gives me ancient stones instead of burnt out ancient stones, but this time when i levelled up, i did not get ancient stones but got only burnt out stones, can you guys please fix this.
