This simply means "Who was King Matthias?" his name was Matthias Corvinus (Hungarian: Hunyadi Mátyás or Corvin Mátyás) sometimes called Matthias the Just. Rex was not his name and one of the options (the one marked as correct) was "a Hungarian king" the other 3 options were not kings.


There are quite a few Rudy Martinez' and google found a few singers/actors among them, only one of the four groups did list a Rudy Martinez among the vocalists though, so guessing which Rudy Martinez was not so hard (it was ?).



Not very likely but this record might be broken, so an "as of 2010" might be in order.

I'm a little unsure what is being asked here, is it who sold the most records in 2010 (as the question states) or in history until 2010 (as it's the only answer we can know yet)

Am I missing something or should this have a reference, they are creatures of J. K. Rowling's fantasy after all, and not everyone has read the Harry Potter books. And yes I know they drain people of all happiness, and if they kiss you they suck out your soul.

Is it just me, or does those names look a little naked? Searching the net I found those names to be names of old writers, but at least two of those have full names. And La Fontaine (or LaFontaine) might be a number of writers.

You miss an important point here: this question is a mess. What does "food of these foods" mean? and how can a potato contain a source of carbohydrates?

If it was changed to "Which of these foods has the highest contents of carbohydrates? it would make sence given the possible answers.

Well another problem is that most bankers and robbers are civilians, so "civilians" should be replaced by bystanders. What's more, in some countries almost no one are killed in bank robberies, and certainly not enough for statistics. In other countries I doubt there are any national statistics, so globally this question doesn't make much sense.

It's absolute dating, now exact absolute dating, the theory and numbers behind absolute dating has changed a number of times, and is constantly updated, so no scientist will claim that it's exact. It's regarded as the most correct dating method available in geology.

I sort of agree, but last I checked calories was a measure of energy while pound was a measure of weight, so as the question is stated it does not really make sense. I know it's a popular phrase, but you need to link it to some frame of reference. In that regard it's similar to the question that was rejected recently about what affects time. It would have been a good question if it had been put in a context where people without special knowledge could figure out what it was about.

Depending on the scale used for measurement, the length of the coastline will vary a lot, but Russia does not come close to Canada's coastline. If you use CIA fact book figures, as it is done in this wikipedia article, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_length_of_coastline, Russia comes in as 4th, this list however is inconsistent as United Kingdom is listed as one country while Greenland, Denmark and Faeroe Islands are listed separately. This however doesn't affect the fact that Canada has the longest coast line.

They do actually teach theory of relativity in advanced physics course in Danish high schools, but yes the fact that mass through gravity affects time is what I call specialist knowledge (but then so is a lot of other questions). The time dilation due to speed is more widely known.

It's called gravitational time dilation and is caused by different distance from a significant mass, there is also a special relativistic time dilation, caused by difference in relativistic speed. Please don't ask me to explain it, I can't, it's far to advanced physics for me.
