Mytokronits are minion related items, blue can boost all stats from minions over lvl250 (comes from spending AS and events), green is bonus xp for minions (comes from manacontstruction and events). It's just a rough information from hungarian forum.

I'm doing repeatable quests, but that 2 quest is remained from long ago.

I used 2 divine decrees to complete these: Achieve draws in duels at least 5 times! and Increase your level by 5! (so a high level player can find this useful)

It depends from minion level. If you familiar with WoW or Diablo3, the color system is similar (uncommon, rare, epic, etc) if i'm right.

It would be very cool, if we can save the active minion status with the dresses together.

Horde wars and clan wars, it's just nonsense in the same time. Basicly the two is the same.

Why want you do that? Btw you can't remove them, replace them with low lvl items.
