I noticed you posted the se next to the quests, that can be confusing since the quests do not have a fixed se value, the first you choose to complete gives 50, the next 100, etc. So every player will have different rewards for the same quest depending on when he chooses to complete it

Here is a complete list of the skills:

learning:
The higher your learning skill is, the more new skills can be acquired. At its higher levels it is necessary to increase more than one level at a time, to get another new skill.

subspace detection:
Increases your chance to find burnt-out ancient stones while hunting. The 2% base chance is increased by 0.1% for each skill level. The maximum level of the skill is 30.

creative affinity:
You obtain the soul-energy with greater efficiency while duelling: you get +2% for each skill level (however your opponent doesn't lose more soul-energy). The maximum level of the skill is 50. (Learning level required to unlock: 1)

singularity knowledge:
Increases the experience points gained for the duels by 4 percent for each level. If the received XP is less than +1 XP, e.g. +0.48 XP, than you will have 48% chance to receive +1 XP. Tha maximum level of the skill is 50. (Learning level required to unlock: 2)

trapping:
There will be a chance that you do not slaughter your prey while hunting but capture it. Each skill level will increase this chance. At level 1 chance is 0,5%, and level 10 it's 5%, at 20 it's 7%, at 30 it's 8%. The maximum level of the skill is 30. BONUS: At level 20 this skill allows you to pick a certain monster as your main target for trapping. You get double chance to trap it every time it appears during your hunts. However you cannot capture any other type while this is active (Learning level required to unlock: 3)

pet training:
You can train the captured monsters to domesticate them. You may train once in every 30 minutes for as much as 100 SE for each level of your pet training skill. So the higher your pet training skill is, the quicker you are able to domesticate your monster. (Learning level required to unlock: 4)

chronocompensation:
You will be tired if you make more than 2 attacks in one hour and your statistics will be decreased (3 attacks with the maximum action points acceleration option, 4 with Orb of duel from Zarknod event). This skill reduces the waiting time: each level will reduce 1 minute. At the maximal level of 50 the waiting time will be 10 minutes instead of 60 minutes. It decreases the reuse time of the dimension door, squeezing and mind boost as well (All reduced to 10min instead of 1 hour). (Learning level required to unlock: 5)

secondary attack:
You will be able to attack the pet of your opponent in each melee round every time you successfully hit the opponent. The damage caused is always a percentage of the normal attack damage; this percentage is determined by the secondary attack skill. Maximum level is 110 which deals 25% to the opponents pet (Learning level required to unlock: 6)

leadership:
This skill determines the maximum number of your captured creatures. Each 5 levels enable you to capture one more creature. Maximum level is 50, when you can have upto 11 captured pets. BONUS: At level 50 this skill gives you the ability to choose if you want the current hunt to stop if you reach the maximium number of captured pets. (Learning level required to unlock: 7)

continuum diminution:
You may attack the same Doomlord more frequently. Each skill level reduces the waiting time between two attacks by 5 minutes. The maximum of the skill is level 84, when you may attack the same player once every hour instead of once in 8 hours. (Learning level required to unlock: 8 )

heal wounds:
By the help of this skill you can heal your wounded pets. With a higher skill you can heal more damage at a time. This skill may be important because the HP of your pets does not regenerate. It can only be increased by your help. If someone attacks you, and you take at least 3 times more damage than your opponent, you will heal yourself (only if your weapon/spell is not too inferior to your level). The amount you gain depends on your constitution besides your skill. (Learning level required to unlock: 9)

elementary fusion:
At the 3rd level of your elementary fusion, you receive +1 Action Point each day. At 6th level, the time of your hunt is decreased by 10 seconds. At 9th level, you get 1 more AP, at 12th the time of hunt is decreased by another 10 seconds. And so on until 57th level, when you receive the maximal +10 Action Points per day and the hunts last for three and a half minutes. (Learning level required to unlock: 10)

charisma:
The higher your charisma is the slower the morale of your pet decreases. (Learning level required to unlock: 11)

trade:
For each 10 trade skill levels you can buy items at the soulhuckster one level over your character level. Maximum level is 170 which grands you items upto 17 levels higher than your level. (Learning level required to unlock: 12)

transcendal projection:
You can hide a part of your soul-energy from your opponents. For each skill level 100 SE of yours become untouchable, i. e. your opponent cannot steal his/her share from it if victorious. For example if your projection is 4 and you have 2000 SE, than you opponent will loot only the proportional part of 1600 SE. IMPORTANT NOTICE: This skill will NOT work if you are at war with your opponent's clan, or if you are the attacker. (Learning level required to unlock: 13)

thievery:
You get a chance when duelling other Doomlords to loot burnt-out ancient stones, too. If you are victorious, you have a percentage chance of stealing a burnt-out ancient stone equal to your level of thievery skill. The maximum chance is 30%, after level 30 you can increase the number of stolen burnt-out ancient stones. (Learning level required to unlock: 14)

execution:
If your opponent has less hit points at the end of battle than your execution level multiplied by 5, you will win the battle without reference to the damage caused. If both player have execution skill points, then the winner is the one with the higher skill. If you execute your opponent, the SE you gain is also increased, in ratio with the difference of your execution skill. (Learning level required to unlock: 15)

toughness:
Thanks to your toughness skill you will receive extra battle rounds: +1 at 10, +2 at 30, +3 at 60. If the opponent's toughness is not high enough, he/she will not attack in your last rounds. (Learning level required to unlock: 16)

shape reality:
You receive one extra duel point after each fourth level of this skill, regardless if your setting is 15 or 30 DPs per day. The maximum level of the skill is 40, which grands +10DP per day. (Learning level required to unlock: 17)

spectral manipulation:
Increases the soul energy gained from hunting by 1 percent for each level. The maximum level of the skill is 100. (Learning level required to unlock: 18)

mind boost:
You can increase a skill (one at a time) temporarily by half as much as your mind boost level. The increased skill level will never exceed its maximum and cannot be increased more than the basic rate of the skill. Not all skills can be increased by mind boost. Cost: mind boost level x 5 SPs. The minimal reuse time of mind boost is 1 hour, but it can be reduced reduced by the chronocompensation skill. Note: If the skill you are mind boosting needs less than half your boost level to reach its maximum, then the SP cost is reduced also. (Learning level required to unlock: 20)

critical hit:
You have a chance to score critical damage to your opponent in physical combat. The percentage chance is the difference between your skill and your opponent's (so if your skill is 50 and your opponents 40, you have 10% chance each combat round to score a critical hit. He has 0% chance). Therefore it acts as a defence also, preventing critical hits as well as dealing them (Learning level required to unlock: 22)

building:
If you are building something for your clan, the efficiency of the spent SE will be increased by 5% after each level of this skill. For example if your building skill is 2 and you are spending 1000 SE for a building, then the readiness level will be increased by 1100. Maximum level: 40. (Learning level required to unlock: 24)

soul-energy squeezing:
You can squeeze soul-energy from your captured animals. You will get 20% more soul energy than normal already at level 1, and it will be increased further: 1.4x at level 2, 1.6x at level 3, etc. Unfortunately the animal will not survive the squeezing. The maximum level of the skill is 60 and you can use it only once in an hour, unless reduced by your chronocompensation skill. (Learning level required to unlock: 26)

intelligent pet:
The suitably docile pets are showing a quicker progression: your trained creature will receive 5% more experience points after each skill level when you win a duel. The maximum level of the skill is 50. (Learning level required to unlock: 28)

hard skin:
If you cannot cope with the healing of your pet, you will have no other possibility than to train the poor being. In progress of time his skin will grow tougher, and the higher the skill is, the less damage your pet will receive from the secondary attack of your opponents! Fortunately you do not have to develope this skill separately for each pet, it is effective on each trained creature of yours. (Learning level required to unlock: 30)

You have just realised that you do not need a skill anymore? From now on you may utterly forget it and reduce it back to 0! You are able to forget only those skills, which are lower level than your oblivion skill. The oblivion – unlike any other skill – does not increase the development cost of skills. You can use the skill oblivion once in a week. When used, the rest of the skill costs are reduced in accordance to the level of the skill forgotten and you receive back half the total se you spend increasing the skill you decided to forget. (Learning level required to unlock: 32, Academy level: 1)

hatred of emeraldrubydiamondsaphire:
You get +1 attack and +1 IQ after each second level of this skill if you are duelling a member of the selected horde. You can develop the hatred for one horde only. The maximum level of the skill is 30, granding +15 attack and IQ against the selected horde. (Learning level required to unlock: 34, Academy level: 2)

critical spell:
You receive a chance to make critical spell damage to your opponent in magical combat. The amount of this percentage chance is the difference between your skill and his (so if your skill is 50 and your opponents 40, you have 10% chance at the beginning of the combat to score a critical spell hit. He has 0% chance). Therefore it acts as a defence also, preventing critical hits from spells as well as dealing them. If your spell does not hit fully (in the combat description it reads: "You deal ONLY X damage", instead of "You deal X damage") then there is no chance of scoring a critical spell hit, regadless of your skill level. (Learning level required to unlock: 36, Academy level: 3)

horde making:
This skill gives you the opportunity to take more than one pet into battle. At level 10 plus 1, at level 30 plus 2, at the maximal level 60 plus 3 animals may be assigned to fight (for a total of 4 pets fighting with you). If you take more animals into battle, each attacks and damages your opponent, but the absorption you receive is the average of what your pets have. If victorious, each pet receives a morale bonus and experience points. (Learning level required to unlock: 38, Academy level: 4)

transplantation:
Instead of increasing the cost of developing other skills, transplantation is decreasing them by 0.5% for each level! The maximum level of the skill is 50. (Learning level required to unlock: 40, Academy level: 5)

detect trapspick locksclimbing:
From level 40, you can find adventures, which sometimes have one or more of these 3 skill tests. The skills have no maximum, and they don't make other skills more expensive. (Learning level required to unlock: 41, Academy level: 6)

Similar to the secondary attack, you will be able to damage the pet of your opponent with your spells. (Learning level required to unlock: 42, Academy level: 6)

disadvanced development:

magical regeneration:

manaconstruction:
You may use your magical energies to build. The skill level determines the efficiency of building and is not modified by the similar named skill. You can use manaconstruction only once in a day. Maximum level: 50. (Learning level required to unlock: 48, Academy level: 9)

ultraspecialisation:
The efficiency of your specialisation is increased by 0.5% after each level of this skill. Maximal efficiency is reached at level 40, when the specialisation decreases the cost of a new ability level by 30% instead of 10% (Learning level required to unlock: 50, Academy level: 10)

expert hunt:
During your hunt, you can select the larger species more efficiently. As a result, the random factor of your prey's size decreases. The skill also increases the SE you acquire when hunting. epic specialization:
Each level of this skill decreases the time between two attacks on an epic creature by 1 minute. Maximum level is 50, at that point you can attack the epic once every 10 minutes. BONUS: At maximum you also get the bonus of reducing the regeneration of the entities (level 2 epic monsters) (Learning level required to unlock: 60, Academy level: 15)

Not really an opinion. USA is mada up of many different immigrants who incorporated their culture to the union. Japan was a closed country up to the end of WW2, without any major immigration of other cultures even then. So Japaneese culture might be diverse from area to area but it does not begin to reach the level of diversity that cultures from dozen different nations brought to the USA.

Actually Rok, there was a lot of fighting, just not officially. Vietnam, Korea, Aphanistan, etc. were conflicts between them in their struggle to control the world. The only difference was that the 2 armies did not meet directly, when USA send troops, Russia was arming and training the other side and vise versa. But it was still a war and that is what the question asks.

I wouldnt call it a range of rewards, it just doubles the se you get. So if on a duel you get 1000se from the player, you get 2000 instead without him loosing the extra 1000. How did you come to the conclusion it does not give you the proper ammount?

Also the best thing about the auctions are the unique abilities the relics give you. Changing horde without leaving clan, immune to hatred, double se from soul well discharge, etc. Those worth A LOT more than the se i would get for the ap. As for the ability giving stones, those are usually low enough to bid on without the extra ducats from ap.

Saving for a long time does not sound like a waste, after all you do not loose anything, you get more to hit the auction when you want. Compressing the cycle to 3 days will not change that, if you get overbidden you will have less time to collect the gold needed to bid again, especially if 10 players go for the same one you want. I have saved over 500 ducats up to now trying to get what i want, thought that was enough but a player had actually saved over 1000 for the same item! If the item had appeared earlier, i would have 450 and he would have 950, still no item for me..... I know seeing the item faster seems a compensation but loosing it to others more often is not

I do agree too on getting new auction items. After all in another years time most of the top players will be bidding just for the heck of it, making life hard for the rest without actually needing the item. Or another alternative is to find another use for ducats so a player will be bidding or saving up only if he actually wants an item. A casino maybe??

Finally a player should not be allowed to bid for a relic he already has, my understanding is that you cannot get it twice, but you can still drive the price high if you want to mess things up for the rest. If an item you got from the auction house is a one off bonus, players that have it should not be able to bid for it
