That was it, thanks. Anyone know if transcendal projection protects against soul drain too? I.e. if they have, say, 100 SE on them, with a couple of levels of TP, the duel reward will be 0 SE, and I'm guessing they will also be immune from soul drain.
I´m not sure, but I don´t think so. Numerous times I have drained small amounts with attacks, but then gained nothing from the win. I always interpreted this as the opponent had some SE on them, but enough TP to protect it.
It does work on soul drain too. The amount you were able to drain was the part of their SE not protected by TP. That's why you gained nothing at the end of the battle, you simply drained all you could take, so there was nothing left unprotected by the end of the battle.

Well, yes, there's a major difference. If you attack someone who's wearing this item and you lose the duel, you won't lose any SE. So basically, it will be a battle where losses on both sides are limited to HP and SP. I'm not sure about drain soul however, but I believe that it doesn't work either. If your opponent has items with drain soul, you might want to try this first with a small amount of SE on your character.

Of course you do. This item is meant to prevent others from pumping you with XP. It only works when you are the defender, it has no effect when you are the attacker.

I second that. There shouldn't be any default option set for building. I never lost major amounts of SE due to this, but going to 0 when I need some in my possession isn't fun.

You can build with manaconstruction while resting, but you can only use manaconstruction if your spell points are at their maximum. (regardless whether you are resting or not) Maybe that's why you couldn't build with manaconstruction, because you had less SPs than the maximum.

You need to boost it to increase the SE. It works as a regular hunt (apart from the fight itself) when you attack with APs.

I don't know why it was only started on the Hungarian worlds, but I guess it's because when you do something totally new, the possibility that you will encounter problems is quite high, and they didn't want too many worries all at once. If that's the case, I can understand it completely. Anyway, most of the problems have been fixed on the Hungarian servers by now as far as I can tell. They were definitely working a lot in the last few days, and the results are starting to show. So let's hope it won't take long now to see this event on Doomlord worlds too.

They probably want to get it fixed first before they start it on Doomlord worlds. It's already running on the Hungarian worlds, and to put it mildly, it's not without problems. I assume they wouldn't like the same situation repeated here, hence the delay.

Yes, you're probably right. It would only make sense to use the same multiplier for every level of thaumaturgy, not only for levels above 20.

I agree, it wouldn't hurt to see the current average score of an adventure.
In the meanwhile, I uploaded a script to the wiki which shows the tests of known adventures in game at the Adventures page, so you don't even have to visit the wiki page to decide whether to keep and adventure or not. You can install it from here:
http://doomlord.wikidot.com/local--files/main/dl_adventurewiki.user.js, but first make sure you have the GreaseMonkey addon installed. (for Firefox) It might work in Chrome as well, but I didn't test it. You will need the Blank Canvas Script Handler for Chrome to run extension scripts.
Edit: the syntax of the adventure list is not exactly the same as on the Hungarian wiki, and as I only adapted the Hungarian script to doomlord.wikidot.com, problems might appear. Let me know if you find errors with the script.

Each level increases it by one, so at its maximum value, you can store up to 13 adventures.
Edit: the description is clearly incomplete here. On Hungarian worlds, it does include the "by one" part.

As far as I know, the only thing that applies to EH is CA. (meaning that it doubles the base SE from EH if you have CA at its maximum value - but only until you reach the daily limit of CA) If the SE you would take from someone (modified by the diamond horde bonus, I think) is lower than the threshold value calculated using the formula for EH, you will get the same amount of SE as any other horde.
