I think, in your profile you checked the 'Filter posts' option. There is an 'Display only posts with a minimum score of' setting too.
So they have low score and you filtered them out.

Now, I'm assuming this means if I have the skill at 40, and Mind Boost at 80 (so effectively 40), if I Mind Boost this skill, it will still Max out at 60. Is this correct, or is the cap only for "Natural Ability" of the skill, and then Mind Boost can still act on it (up to double)?

Sorry for jumping in, and I'm not hijacking the thread... But isn't the above the PERFECT example of why Mods should also have the right to edit questions for spelling or clarification? Everyone knows exactly what is being asked here, so there are two viable options:
a) Quick rewrite - a 5 second fix.
b) It gets kicked, player has to resubmit (meanwhile there's no guarantee that the grammar will get better - even if the spelling is fixed), and then it has to be RE-reviewed by a Mod.
Considering the odds of this player checking the messageboard is pretty small, your correction is unlikely to be seen by the asker.
Doesn't the 5 second fix seem far simpler and more efficient? Not to mention a lot less frustrating for the user - who is probably not English First Language.

This should be "How many..."
But the correct answer is a bit more complicated than 24.
Both India and Nepal are in separate Time Zones, as have several more, so depending on the definition of Time Zones the answer is much higher.
There is also at least one 30-minute time zone (Newfoundland, in Canada - stupid Newfies!)
