They will not count because this is a kind of defense against exploit.

If they would count, you could just invite lvl 1 players and hop some levels with them.

I don't know. Maybe in 2-3 weeks time. I think it is already in on the hun servers.

Please give us some exact time when all that happened, and some additional information like: your timezone, how often do you encounter these issues.

Helmets:

From level 99 there will be new items implemented - the helmets. This means that you will be able to buy them with a decent trade skill from level 80. Helmets will mainly give defense but there will be other additional abilities.

From level 99 - there will be 2-2 helmets for every 5 levels.

Helmets will cost you Soul Energy, Soul Diamond, Ancient stone and Helmet fragment.

To be able to gather Helmet fragments, there will be a new AA ability that you must have. You can find fragments at your first (daily): hunt, duel, challenge, pet trapping, adventure. Only succesful ones count. If you succeed, there will be no random, you will get a fragment.

There will be focus crystals that can be placed into Helmets.

There will also be a new AA skill that reises the amount of fragment you can get a day. (Increase: 21 (base) → 31 (AA boost)

Fragments:

1st action = 1 fragment
2nd action = 2 fragments
3rd action = 4 fragments
4th action = 6 fragments
5th action = 8 fragments

sum: 21/day

Helmets will cost user_level*3 Helmet fragments and the additional focus crystal will cost user_level*1 HF

You can start gathering HF from lvl 80.

The clan quest script accumulates the players that are "active" no matter if they filled up the soul well or not. If they are low level or didn't built enough they still count since they are playing so are active members of the clan.

If a player "has gone red" meaning he/she hasn't been online for more than two weeks the quest script does not count him/her in. Being red means inactivity.

Well, something could have gone wrong with your account. I will ask them to run some test with your acc since it seems like it is more an account based error not some datebase or game script side thing.

Someone who hasn't filled the soul well is not a full member. He/she doesn't get the clan bonuses so will not count at times of clan quests.

I would like you to look after what pages generate the errors so they can fix it fast. If you can reprofuce the DNS, datebase, 404 error it will be definately fixed.

Well, I have 3 players who don't care about being sucked dry. My average looted SE on them is like 8-10k.

Maybe she found some n00bs or some other players' farms.
