I just recived this question

What was the first religion to belive in One God
1) Christianity
2) Judaism
3) Islam
4) Buddism

It states that the correct answer is Judaism, but this is incorrect, the answer is not given on the list. There was a period in Egyptian history in which the believe in the Pantheonic belief (Worship of Multiple Gods) was stopped and Atenism( the belief in Ra-Horus-Aten, or more commenly refered to as simply Aten) was instilled as the a monotheism. This was done by the Pharoh Amenhotep IV who later changed his name to Akhenaten. The first document appeared in the 12th Dynasty, Amenhotep IV's rule was between 1815 BC – 1806 BC of the 12th Dynasty, which predates any documented date that I can find on Judisim.

Just for the sake of those who know shit about history the question

Who was Hannibal?
A North African polymath (someone very knowledgeable).
A Greek historian.
A Carthaginian military commander and tactician.
A Roman military and political leader.

Should be changed to Who was Hannibal Barca.

What is the title of Ozzy Osbourne?
Lawbreaker
The Prince of Darkness
Ozzmosis
Lord of Dumbness

Ozzy Osbourne does not hold a title as such, he has made several (as in titles of songs and albums, one of witch is Ozzmosis) he is also known as the "Godfather of Heavy Metal" and "Prince of Darkness", witch is not the same as any of them being his title. You could say some have given him those two "titles" but they are not the title of Ozzy Osbourne.

This is partially incorrect as he does have a title "Sir John Michael Osborne", as he's been knighted. It's just not on this list.

Though if they wished to word the question correctly they could have asked "What is the most Commonly known (Or Popular) Nickname of Ozzy Osbourne

What does this question mean?

What is the answer to the Ultimate Question of Life, the Universe, and Everything?
1
7
666
42

The question has no real meaning, except as a literary reference, so it should probably have been worded as such:
According to Douglas Adams' "Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" what is the answer to the Ultimate Question of Life, the Universe, and Everything?

I agree with this statment if it's kept, but I also agree with the earlier post that it is a specialized question. Yes it is a well known movie but that's like asking a Rambo question to people who don't like action movies.

And the answer "Is it so hard to google something" is a cop out, since you can, as stated in a previous comment about specilized questions, google anything. Hell if I want to find it I can google the birth name of pornstar Tera Patrick (Linda Ann Hopkins), or her ethnicity (Thai, English, Dutch), or hell, what kind of education she has (A Degree in Microbiology), or what other proffesson she is registered to go into if she were to decide to no longer do porn (She's a Registered Nurse) but if I were to ask any of those questions I'd be willing to bet that they'd be catagorized as specific knowledge because first, you'd have to know who the fuck Tera Patrick is.

If the rules insist that you "Try to design questions to which any educated and intelligent player may answer. Do not ask ones that demand lexical knowledge (like dates) or that is known only by a special group (e.g. Magic the Gathering, comics etc.). " (Quoted from the Quiz page itself) than the following question should be eliminted

Who is not a Dragon Highlord in the Dragonlance Novels?
1) Lord Soth
2) Ariakas
3) Kitiara
4) Verminaard

I got the answer correct (Number 1) but it was only because I guessed it. I don't know what a Dragon Highlord is, nor have I ever even cracked the spine of a Dragonlance Novel. I'm relativly certain that there are quite a few others here who are on the same boat. This is clearly a question that "Is only known by a Special Group"

And yes, I'm aware "You can look it up on the internet" but that can be an answer for any question that falls under the catagory that is not permited.

Twinky, sports are for fun, fitness, bettering yourself, and learning discipline. Martial arts are combat to the soldiers lets say who are trained mainly for that purpose but to the general public are fitness, fun or even a way to relax! So sport covers the wider aspect of martial arts, not the combat part only. After all, dont tell me you believe that all who study these arts they are doing it solely to get better at combating others!

Actually, I do think that everyone who studies Martial Arts does so to better themselves should they need to fight anyone. As a matter of fact, even in the definition of Martial Arts http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/Martial+Arts the words Self Defense, and Combat are used to describe it.

It doesn't matter if someone intends to use what it is that they know in a fight or not, what they are participating in, is an education in a method of defending ones self against an attacker, or to go on the offense yourself.

I will conseed...conceed (SP?) that SOME forms of Martial Arts have been turned into a Sport, but I can assure you that what they do in a ring, often does not reflect the actual Martial Arts in it's entirety such as Kick Bocking, the crap you can see on TV and that Chuck Norris (I'm sorry Mr Norris I did not mean to ofend thee, don't roundhouse kick me into the next life if you are reading this) is known for having Championed, is not Muai Thai Kickboxing, which is insanly more brutal, including the use of headbutts and elbow strikes, manuvers that are, in the "Sport" of Kickboxing, illligal. The same can be said for Sumo-Wrestling, which has about as much in common with actual Sumo-Wrestling, as WWE Wrestling does with Collage Wrestling.

The following question is incorrect

What is Muai Thai
1) Singer
2) Sport
3) Game
4) Food

The answer given as correct is number 2, sport. This is incorrect, the correct answer is that it is a form of Martial Arts. Martial Arts is not a sport, it is a method of training one to perfect the techniques of combat as well as to instill self discipline in ones self.

Martial Arts Competitions themselves may be classified as a sport, but rarely does someone refer to them as such. But an individual Form of Martial Arts is never a sport.

Regardless, if anyone was to classify marshal arts, they would fall under sports. (surely they are not hobby, entertainment or fitness )

Than they would be clasifying it incorrectly, Sports are for entertainment, Martial Arts are not for entertainment (Which a sport is), they are for training one to better perform in hand to hand combat as well as to instill discipline in the student. So if you were to have to choose between Hobby, Entertainment or Fitness than I would actually say it would fit better under Fitness, because at least that covers some aspect of it.

I don't know if I'll get this exact, but I'll try (Since I didn't know you'd have to have the question posted Exactly) I doubt I got them in the exact order, and I'm pretty sure that I got one of the Tribes wrong, but the question itself is correct in how it's writen.

Which Indian Tribe is not a North American Tribe
Cherokee
Aztec
Apache
Blackfoot

North America is a Continent, not a Country. In which case, Aztec (The answer they give as the correct one) are a Tribe that is Native to North America, as Mexico is still part of the North American Continent.
