I have just become invisible for the temple quest. This quest really bothers me, as it makes me stop playing for 24 hours (36h considering duels). It is simply stupid! Why would game developers force their customers to stop using their product? From a business perspective, it makes no sense.

In my current ToD, I have the task of "Use 5 Essences"

So I made I made two Ultra-essences (toughness and Magic absorption), using a catalyst essence each time (the only way you can actually use that essence) and yet am still on Zero.


So I have to 'waste' five other essences?

I guess you have to activate five normal essences...

Maybe the "essences" you get from loyalty shards work ??

You actually need to use an essence, meaning you need to click on it and have it active.

I got a quest to acquire 15 essences. i think that this is pretty difficult quest to be done in mater of 30 days. to create essence every second day in my opinion is mission impossible. Maybe i should call Tom Cruise for help

Stiska, this has been discussed before (see post #226- in this thread).

In essence, the task can be completed by Hunting a lot, but it is hard. You will need maxed skills and AA abilities (Alchemist) and a bit of luck (real one, not the ability).
The easier (and more expensive) way to do it is to do the "pet-shuffle":
1.) hunt, capture pets
2.) train them
3.) send them to kennel (with 2-5 (depending on level and if you use pet equipment to give extra xp) pets you can complete the quest "let your pets advance 12 levels")
4.) when the pets reach level 20, give them a gradulatum, squeeze, complete the quest "squeeze a level 20 pet" and gain 2 essences

This requires 1 Gradulatum/pet (2 AS if you have the Equipment lease Relic), but guarantees 2 essences. If you don't need them for something else, 10 Loyalty shards give you 2 AS.

I am forum active from time to time so I am not reading everything.

Good advice, I forgot about training pets. I was hunting alot lately and just menage to get 4 essences for now (have 12 more days and i have alchemist AA). But even with pet training and hunting i think it is not that easy to get so many essences

Well I agree, I didn't want to waste a day doing this - so I just bought a royal decree for SE. It takes much less than one day to earn the SE to do this, so win. In fact the very first ToD I entered, I did go invisible - just to try it out; I had never done it before.

There is also a Cloak available in the Auction House that cuts the time of invisibility down to just 6 Hrs....... So, if won, you could go invisible before logging out for the day and return to "active Service" when you next log in.

Why is this a stupid quest? There is a million of much more stupid quests. This quest makes you plan your resources and time, makes you plan your auction house moves to get the item that reduces Invisibility time and it is challenging enough as some players just cant do it, refuse to do it or pay for skipping it. I think the tasks should be generally more annoying and more hard, so not everybody is able to handle them. This game should be a competition, not a run of "who spends more resources and pays more money to finish those easy tasks faster".

It is also a "don't play the game for a day"-task.

Why? You can do your 1 daily hunt, you can manaconstruct, and if you have the auction house relic, its more like 6 hours of increased safety.

Also gives a rest from those pesky Crystal blighters (Donors LOL) when you have a long term plan you wish to start. Besides, sometimes a day off gives one a renewed vigor for repetitive tasks.

Is 20 temple medal the maximum what we can get from the temple? After we reach that amount can we solve more temple just without temple medal in the final reward?

Yes, 20 temple medal is maximum. You can be doing next temples, just without temple medal as reward.
