new/low-level players still need more help in becoming full-members of the top active clans. the literal years investment required to pay down the soul well inevitably results in them giving up.

i don't have any of those once-off quests remaining.

i've found 3 divine decrees, so we can find them. but i can't imagine using them for repeatable quests when they incur a 1000 XP cost. so they're quite useless to higher levels for the foreseeable future. at least the royal seals can save a few thousand SE on tasks.
