Yes, it does. Point is used for separating thousands while comma is used for decimal and vice versa, depending on the country. What rino is suggesting is to remove all answers that have either. Because just because in HIS country a point is used, doesn't make it right for all others. Just like with American continent

When voting, let's say I have 8 votes and they are all counted in the vote. If I transfer my vote to someone else, the total of votes for that option decreases ( so, if it was 15-13 before the transfer, it gets 15-12 ). If I revoke my vote back to me, the total stays the same (12) but should be returned, and if I give it away again, it decreases (11). I can repeat this number of times and thus lower the total count of the votes to zero (for the option I voted for). This should be easy to code so I'd appreciate to be fixed soon. thx

If you get 15 DP a day, you can attack players higher/lower your lvl. The difference increases every few levels. So, if you can attack one lvl higher, and he can attack two lvls below, he will be able to attack you, but you will not be able to attack him until he goes in your range. Or, it is possible he attacked you and gained new level, you he went out of your range that way

I "accidentally" killed one's pet but before the quest. And it was a player I beat regularly. So I proposed to him to let me kill his pet and I will not attack him any more. And I kept my promise ( not counting challenges, but he looses nothing in them an even benefits). So, you can do the same. Or organize that ritual killing

Is is not too difficult, but it will be more and more if you wait. You don't have to kill (incapacitate) a pet with his full HP, you just need to find someone who's not healing his pet that often
