Why couldn't they clone some of my own category? I'm telling you, this is WRONG. What's the logic behind cloning players from lower categories? It makes no sense. The same category should have been used, that would have avoided this stupid situation. What a disappointment.

The script clones from the nominating players. If there are no players nominating below your category to clone from, the champ won't be held. I don't know more.

Outch ... they should give us a heads up on this changes. Anyway i'll write it down for next championship so i'll be prepared for "clone war" if it will be necessary.

It makes no difference whether it's a script or the admin himself, it is not okay to deprive anyone of the chance to get a medal based on such a faulty logic. Saying "sorry" doesn't fix this...

You have 1 month to prepare for the new champs. Advance or hold level. Find the best category also check for active players. This is all I can advice.

Well, I got beaten up by One eyed Jack. He is uber. I will have to pass him by like 4-5 levels till the next championship. D:

Before you do that check caveat character and see wheather you have a shot. I know I don't have as long as I m in his/her range:D

That's an advice I wouldn't give in this situation if I were you. Unless you want me to miss out again on the championship next month, and come back to complain even more. But if you can guarantee that there won't be such injustice at the next championships, I might just stay on this level.

It isn't injustice. If the system doesn't clone players the champs in your category will not be held. It is that simple.

I beg to differ. Treating people differently only because the rules are flawed IS injustice. And the system was programmed by people, it's not a living entity. What it does is entirely up to you. You might as well admit that it's unfair but that's how it's goint to stay because you don't care enough to do anything about it, but please don't tell me that black is white, because you can't bring up valid arguments to support that claim.

Alright, just to make you calm down I'll contact the programmer and forward this case to him.

Okay, here's the thing in details:

Championship in a category is only being held if at least 4 players are nominating from the certain category's levels.

If there aren't 4 players, the system clones the missing number of players from 1 category lower.

We don't want that you would be forced to fight against your clone. If we'd allow the system to clone you like 3 times to have the minimum 4 players you'd only have 25% chance to win because there is the random.

We let the script to clone from 1 category below yours giving you some advantage. You are higher level, you may have bigger AS, skill score, higher level items, better luck etc.

We do not want to change this. What happened is possibly the worst scenario for you. You can't talk about misjustice, every player has the same chance to win. You even got advantages by fighting a lower category opponent.



About the championships in low levels:

The programmer said he'll find a way to be able to hold chamiponships in the very low levels aswell.

The bidding for the A Megnyugvás Lánca item was won by Danuil (at 100 treasure points).

Hungarian names in it.
