Treasure points are stored in the Treasury building. After your clan defeated an epic monster the dropped item gets also stored in the Tresury. You can buy the dropped item by spending treasury points.
If your clan has no Treasury and Epical building you probably need to wait till they are built to receive the points.

you get the treasury points from the moment you first build, just don't see them until your clan has built the treasury.

Either way, write a PM to the quiz admin explaining what happened.

You have to answer 100 quiz questions correctly to be able to write a quiz.
If you have answerd the 100 go to the Quiz menu and'll be able to submit your question.
