Have tried to transfer character from W4 to W2 but when I press transfer character button it takes me to a page that is white background and the same info is printed on it as the Results of World 4 page. It does not say if transfer was accepted or completed. I know the transfer won't take place immediately but would like some confirmation that the request was received.
Ilya W4 - I deleted Lady of Galway on W2 in order to transfer character. Thanks for your help.

Customer support does not work from W4. Forum also doesn't work from W4. Keeps going back to results page.

Register a character on World 1 and use Customer support from there. Probably the fastest way to get help.

Just to be clear on something (maybe someone should throw together a big, thick, 'Doomlord Manual' that includes all the tiny details that people might want to know):
"After leveling up, you get new tasks only when you visit this page!"
Does that mean I can level up, not touch the tasks button at all, then complete the tasks, and then get the reward when I visit that page?

Trunth, When you visit the Tasks page for the first time after lvling up your new tasks are waiting for you. So regardless of how long has past after lvling up you cannot add to and collect rewards from the previous Tasks.
New Tasks page waiting for you when you visit the page means until you check out the page there is no count towards any of the Tasks on it.

Riggi...the lowest lvl helms are lvl 99....so it will depend on your Trade lvl as to when you will see the Helms at the Huckster.

I choosed DD and started upgarding it yesterday. Exactly from that time I am getting 0 SE + full XP from each my normal duel / from all players I got in Friday normal SE /. If I will lose duel, I will lose SE normally. Is it normal feature because I choosed DD ? I must say I am surprised. In description of DD skill I did not read anything about negative affect on normal duels.

DD doesn't affect your duels. It only reduces the XP you get on hunts. If you are getting 0 SE on duels it is because your opponent is not carrying any. If you had EH, you would get some SE on your duels even if your opponent had none.

Yes I understand DD working exactly how you told. But from 15 duels I won after starting developing DD I got 15 times 0 SE / 100% of my duels /. During previous weeks I never got 0 SE / usually get 600-800SE from one duel /. I am not saying it cannot happen, only seems to be for me very unrealistic - I already send message to Game Help. But many thanks for confirmation DD should not affect duels.

edit : OK. I got explanation from Miklos / staff working on Sunday /, now everything clear for me. And yes - I am getting 0 SE from duels because I started upgrading DD skill.

@ Jany : DD players usually get their SE from hunting, and use their DPs for challenges

@ Cruel : Recently (a few months ago), they introduced a minimum SE for duels of 15 SE / exp gained, except for DD players.
And honestly ... that seems quite fair to me

Guess it also helps if a DD player has creative affinity maxed out as well if doing the odd duel.

In a month, I might only pick up 1.5 million, but that's some extra SE for building/whatever.... when Crystal buggers declare war LOL

I checked my rewards on Landragor and had mostly +10 and some +9s yesturday after 15 attacks today I check my rewards and had a couple of +9s and a lot of +8s to my stats for rewards at the end of the event. What happened? and No I didnt take a screen shot of the rewards page as I didnt think there would be an issue.

This might have happened due to 3 reasons:
1.) you improved your abilites meanwhile
2.) you lost an item which decreases cost of specialized abilities (although I think this is unlikely)
3.) our programmer has added mage tower level 20+ bonus to the reward calculation as well, but for a brief time, this messed up the calculation for some, now it should be correct.

I got exactly the same problem (reward decreased by 2 for each ability score since yesterday, but yesterday's reward was suspiciously high). So I think it's number 3.
