If 1 of the answers is obviously different from the other 3 (in this case, one of them is not capitalized), it's pretty much always going to get rejected.

What is the name of the popular sauce that is made out of fruit?

Juice
Ketchup <--------
Hen
Mayonnaise

The question is valued as "Bad, incorrect question"!
Your answers are ambiguous or wrong to this question.

Juice is a drink and not a sauce, Hen is an adult chicken and Mayo is made primarely out of eggs.
Even if you don't know that tomato is in fact a fruit and not a vegetable, everyone should have heard "tomato sauce" phrase instead of ketchup at least once in their lifetime (or any time they saw foreign movie-australian for example). I try to write questions which can not be simply googled, but never use the "which is not" type of questions.
I always try to leave logic pathways in question that helps you answer even if you don't have a clue about the question...

I should probably just google top10 bestsellers from 1950, put name of the 6th author in the question and ask who he was next time I want to get rid of "ask question.." quest.

this was my question.. why was it not accepted? it's very easily found.

What letter in the NATO spelling alphabet is also a month?

N. *** (marked right as this would be November)
M. (this would me Mike, clearly not a month)
A. (Alpha, clearly not a month either)
D. (Delta, also not a month)

To explain a bit better what Dark is saying, your question is asking which letter in NATO is a month. Then in your answers you are using 2 letters not in the word NATO (D and M). Now i know why, you did not mean the actual word NATO but in fact the way military personell use words for each alphabet letter. (Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, Delta.... etc). Since most players will not understand that though, they would think you are asking which letter in the actual word NATO is a month, which will lead to a lot of complains

Yeah asking for US army or something might have work. I expected to see NATO spelled not other words, starting with N didn't help either

Lol, didn't catch that either, as I's called the "Phonetic alphabet" never heard it referred to as the "NATO alphabet" and it's used by all international shipping and aviation, and also by HAM operators.

There's a grammatical error in the question.
Where and when was the First Exhibition of Lithuanian Art organized?
And I doubt that is very interesting, what's more interesting and probably what you actually wanted to ask:
Where and when was the First Exhibition of Lithuanian Art held?

If it is the question I evaluated, the user has submitted multiple math problems and been given the evaluation to not use math problems on a number of occasions. Also, they all had wrong answers. Remember your order of operations (1. Parentheses, 2. Exponents, 3. Multiplication and Division, 4. Addition and Subtraction). Even if they didn't understand that, doing the math in the order presented still did not list correct answers. Either way, math is not permitted.

Carpal tunnel syndrome is an injury most commonly associated with?

* repetitive action of the hand(s)
* tennis play
* impaling wounds through the body (including shots)
* driving through the tunnels in darkness

This got rejected with "Your answers are ambiguous or wrong to this question", but it's first answer in google search for 'Carpal tunnel syndrome" that contains actual phrase "most commonly associated with repetitive hand motions namely heavy computer keyboard use"

Why would that be incorrect?

Carpal tunnel syndrome is not caused by repetitive actions of the hands. If you have carpal tunnel syndrome, you will have higher risk of injuries from some repetitive actions of the hands. But certain repetitive actions of the hands can actually be used to lessen the pain.

He never said "caused by". He said "associated with". Having a "higher risk of injuries" would qualify as the two being associated with each other. It's not the smoothest wording, but I don't see anything major wrong with the original question.

As a side note, I think it should be a requirement of all evaluators to monitor this thread and comment on their reasons if someone asks about a question they rejected. Some of them do that already (kudos to you!) but others don't seem to. Furthermore, I would suggest having a shared forum account for this use. It's not necessary to know which evaluator rejected your question, just their reasoning.
