Yes, the problem is the all of the above answer.
I sent the exact same question back 4 to 5 times in the last week and it was continually resubmitted exactly the same. Sorry if it was not just you submitting the question, but I got tired of "second" chances over the same question, so I just marked it as bad.

Sorry to disagree there, but Republics are for the most parts democracies, as are most constitutional monarchies, some socialist republics as well are, but Vietnam is not.
Republics have a president as head of state, how much power the president has varies. Ie. in the USA the president has a lot of power, while the German president is mostly ceremonial.
Monarchies has a monarch (king, queen, emperor, empress, sheik, etc.) as head of state, in most cases the monarch has mostly ceremonial power, while a few has more.

Democracies are ruled by an elected body, the method of election varies.
In some countries one-party or no-party systems have managed to stay democratic, but most such states tend to be democracies in name alone. (Only case I know of where it actually worked, was a short period in recent Nepali history, when the country was a constitutional monarchy, and no parties were allowed, but the congress was elected by the people, and every congressman/woman had to run for office without the benefit of a party. And even this case is debatable, as the king still had a lot of real power.)

So in short 3 of the 4 are democracies, while the last, Vietnam, is not. The Vietnamese government will undoubtedly claim to be democratic, while not many foreign governments or non governmental organisations will agree.

My question was automatically rejected by the computer because of a 'forbidden word'. Now if you could please tell me, why is the word "Spinach" a forbidden word????

So i had a spelling mistakes in my question about Hvar, and after I posted here, corrected the mistakes, it got rejected, because the question "is already part of a database". OK. so no more interesting questions from me, you will probably get another one of who wrtote that, because my other questions are allways rejected....

Martin, setting aside the other three countries, Vietnam internationally is known as republic. So if others do not agree, the quiz has to use the formal term. Therefore it cannot be accepted as an exception to the rule

just because a question appears to be essoteric please remember that thanks to the tv and the internet nothing is anymore. Point in fact, more people know about a royale with cheese than those that have been to France. Anyone who has seen Pulp Fiction(cult classic) or happened to see the new movie with John Travolta would automatically know the answer. I am not upset just wondering why those who write the questions have to try so much harder to come up with questions that might pass someones limited knowledge instead of just good questions.

Yes, I have to agree with shadowpreyer. The fun of of the quiz system lies in the fact that you encounter questions you would never have thought of yourself and the variety in the questions. But I find that the database is getting flooded with boring questions like "Who wrote..." or "Who directed..." instead of interesting ones. The reason for this is most likely that those questions are the only ones sure to pass the screening.

Many interesting questions get rejected because 'only a few people would know' or similar reasons. I really do wonder though, don't just the few people who actually read the book usually know the author? With movie directors not even those who watched it will always know...
So why are these question acceptable, while many others, which surely would have a higher percentage of people knowing, are not?
I'm pretty sure 90+% of the people will have to google authors/directors and the like, but that seems to be no problem...so why does it suddenly become a problem if 90% of them has to google something else?! I for one, would very much welcome questions like the 'royale with cheese' especially if the alternative is just another boring author or similarly uninspired question written for the soul purpose of quickly picking up the 'good-question' SE.
