You can get to Adventures? One step up on me... When I try, I just get a white screen with "Adatbázis hiba!" in the upper left. Some info on that would be greatly appreciated as well!!!

YEA! Info!!! So is the Adventure module down, or is there some element that needs to be completed by the character first to allow adventures?

PS. I tried Babelfish, but it doesn't do Hungarian-> English (or any Hungarian, for that matter)

Datebase error means that more than likely the adventure script has some error in it's lines or the datebase cannot work with the adventure page and it's content like adventure names, challenges, rewards etc.

The head coder admin has to fix it.

You're level 40 or above right?
- That's when the Adventures start (for those that didn't know).

My Adventures are working fine, just wanted some info on them prior to starting one, but now I've completed a few, I definately think others should get a "head's up" as to what maybe required before starting one.

So far they seems to consist of Ability/Skill level tests, Battles with powerful/Epic/Entity monsters & sometimes you're required to use spell points.

- my last Adventure:
This Adventure was different to my previous ones as there was no combat.

Round 1: An IQ test (Abilities) to see if you're smarter than the average bear LOL j/k.
- a set level is required to beat (eg IQ level 95)

Round 2: A climbing test (Skills test I guess) - I haven't got that skill yet.
- again set level to beat.

Round 3: Spell points test
- Have enough "spell points" to cast a powerful spell (spell used up 500+ spell points).

Round 4: Mind Boost test (Skills test again)
- same as other skills test.

Congratulations! You completed the adventure. Your reward is ___ soul diamond.

- now you're probably thinking "wow those ability/skill levels requirements are way higher than mine or think as I did when the "climbing" skill test came "I don't have that skill", well here is the good news:

You're Ability/Skill is shown on the test, you get a free random roll of the dice to boost that ability/skill (the roll is made by the system, we have no input on it). Then the totals are added up & even if you have 0 climbing skill, but get a 4 (or higher) roll on the dice that will take you to/past the level 4 requirement.

There can be:

- required healing potion challenge
- required mana potion challenge (if you don't have one you'll fail the adventure)
- quiz challenge
- HP loss
- mana loss
- SE loss
- adventure skill challenges
- skil challenges
- ability challenges
- battles

Also if the dice isn't enough it will use Crystal Points to go higher.

About Quests:

"Find and explore the Citadel of Wyhetrqaxx!" quest cannot be solved.

In the legend chapter 70 from the html source code the link missed.

a) Why is it taking 4+ days to get an Adventure reviewed?

b) Why am I even bothering to write this when (as per an e-mail frominfo@doomlord.net) "If you write a e-mail us directly abaut errors, bugs you found, we will immediatly get it. We checked the forum, but there is many topic."


This is likely the singular biggest problem in this whole game. There is no way that we can have confidence that anything we (you know, the paying customers) bring up as a problem will be acted on, responded to, or even read. As much as I enjoy the game, I completely resent the attitude the Game Admins have towards the users.

The Adventure system works fine, if you have any problem with a specific one which causes database error, please write the name of the adventure to info{kukk}doomlord{ponty}net and the programmer will check it.

The quest evaluator was away for a convention, but he is catching up with the work now, thanks for your patience!

Possible bug (or incomplete information): I'm on the "Deal critical damage 20 times!"-quest and it looks like the system does not register Crits against Entities (for the quest). Is this a bug or should the quest be "Deal critical damage 20 times in Duels!"?
(Haven't checked how it is in Epic or Dimension gate battles (or Zarknods Awakening))

Edit: Crits against Epic monsters does not register either.
Edit2: Crits against Dimension gate monsters and the goblins in the Zarknod event does not register either.

I wrote an adventure and it's not been evaluated after 4 days? The quiz system takes time, but 4 days is ridiculous, especially when I can't write more, even in a draft copy...

Do not worry. I was waiting over 2 weeks for evaluating mine. Than I got a comment that my adventure is funny but does not fit here. And THIS IS Riddiculous. There is no rules regarding writing an adventure so I am really confident that my adventure was above average and was bringing a lot to the game. I required to the evaluator to ive me a proper explanation, but so far noone was bothered to respond.

DISAPPEARING FOCUS CRYSTALS

Hi there. Now bought three crystals for insertion to armour. They last as long as I am logged in then disappear when I log off.

Someone have a look at this please?
