let alone the spelling diff between deer and deere how can you compare a lawn mower to an animal?

Because it's a SLOGAN, not a DESCRIPTION...

Fail.

It's a slogan, commercial or whatever, known in NA market only (as you stated before), and therefore special knowledge. fail.

Apologies if this has already been mentioned:

How long does it take to hard-boil a three pound ostrich egg?
45 mins
1 hour
1 hour 30 mins
1 hour 45 mins <---- The 'correct' answer

This site might be wrong but it quite clearly states that it's about 40 minutes:
http://www.dietjungle.com/ostrich-eggs.html

This one is an opinion:
http://wiki.answers.com/Q/How_long_would_it_take_to_boil_an_ostrich_egg

This one says it varies with different breeds but seems to conclude at about 1.5 hours:
http://www.foodaq.com/html/Vegetarian-Vegan/50915.html

This one actually says it's 1 hour 45 but still, it was the only one I could find
http://www.triviacountry.com/39_Food.htm

And so on... please change!

The longest gestation period for any animal is that of the spiny dogfish, 18-24 months. That makes it both interesting and not lexical

Another one here which is fine, but outdated...

How long was the longest singles match in recorded tennis history?
5 hours, 14 minutes
7 hours, 12 minutes
8 hours, 49 minutes
6 hours, 33 minutes <-- right answer give or take a few minutes

In Wimbledon 2010, there was match lasting 11 hours, 5 minutes so that should replace it.
However, there are lots of recorded tennis matches and records are frequently beaten so I don't know if this question should be deleted (or at least have a date put on it), I'll leave it up to the admins to make a decision.

Who was the first Roman Emperor?
Marcus Aurelius Antoninus Augustus
Gaius Julius Caesar Augustus <-- Right
Lucius Septimius Severus
Gaius Julius Caesar

I think there is another question like this one already in the system, though I think this one is the better (full names instead of simplified). Please check and delete one

Something about fire in it's normal state. Plasma is listed as the correct answer, and it is incorrect. Physics
Is fire plasma?
Fire is not usually not hot enough to create a plasma. It is usually a mixture of hot gases undergoing a chemical reaction, mostly between oxygen and the fuel. However, if the flame is very hot, these gases can become temporarily ionized, making them plasma. These very high temperatures are found in welding arcs, lightning bolts, and the Sun.

Welding arcs, lightning bolts, and the Sun are not 'normal' states of fire.

What is the strongest human muscle?
Quadriceps
Tongue <-- 'correct' answer
Something else (maybe biceps)
Triceps

Strength can be defined as many different things making these answers quite ambiguous:
The tongue is made up of 16 different muscles and isn't even the strongest in terms of strength:weight ratio. Either the eye muscles or even the uterus tops that (through childbirth).
The jaw muscles can exert the most force yet it's not even listed
The Quadriceps have the most muscles fibers, making it the most likely answer and it's generally listed as such.
The heart can be the strongest, as over it's lifetime it exerts the most power (1-5 watts constantly over 80 years as apposed to 100 watts for a few seconds from the Quadriceps)

Change to quadriceps or delete please

Which famous person is found on sterling money ?
Chairman Mao
The Queen
George Washigton
Charles Degaull

Sterling might actually refer to several historical silver coins, so I think it should be corrected to pound sterling. And there are more then one queen, our isn't on any pound sterling coins or notes.

Yet questions about Comics and card games (like Magic) are usually refused... Seems somewhat hypocritical.

I just think that asking about the answer to a riddle in a book (not even a recent movie) is too small a detail. And note I said "Specialized", and I doubt you can honestly disagree.
