Proof that this game is meant for the USA only (and soem eastern european countries)

There are questions about every US banknote and the people who appear on them. So I submitted this:

Apart from the Queen, whose face appears on the current 5 pound note?

Elizabeth Fry
Lord Nelson
Adam Smith
John Cleese

The question is valued as "Bad, incorrect question"!
According to evaluators your question is ambiguous.

If that is so bad and ambiguous (for crying out loud, look up the meaning of that word and use it correctly!) then pull all the questions about American banknotes please.

Just a guess, but I think the problem is that you say "current". You can only be sure that current is current when you write the question, so try adding a year. Just my 5 Euro cent.

Martin is right, current means nothing in a quiz that you can get the question 2 years down the road. But there is more: UK is not the only country issuing pound notes (i.e. Egypt). Even within the UK, Scotland for example has its own pound notes.

Ofcourse is not that hard to tell which country you mean, but still we cannot take it for granded consider the variety of players in the game

I have a principal question. Lately I have had several questions regarding correct spelling. Today I got this question: Which word is NOT spelled according to the British English?

When lot's of players are not native English speakers, so knowing the supple differences between official British and US spelling is a bit to much to expect. So my question is whether these questions belong in the quiz at all?

Personally I think they don't.

«Ponosim se svojom hrvatskom domovinom i srpskim porijeklom» translation:
I am proud of my Croatian homeland and my Serbian roots.

Its debatable, both Croatians and Serbians are claiming him as their own since he was a positive historical figure, if he was not we would of course argue that he is from some other country.
Definitely ambigous and I noticed it myself while answering, but since serbian was not one of the answers I didn't report it.

By the way the thing that is confusing you is that Croatia (and Serbia I think but don't know for sure) was part of the Austro-Hungary at the time he was born.

He was born in Smiljan, near town of Gospic, Croatia. Not Serbia. That is his birthplace and I'd define where he's from as where he was born (and also lived first part of his life). At that time, Croatia was part of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, but that doesn't change the fact where he's from. None of the historical figures are considered Austro-Hungarians, but Austrians, Hungarians, Croats and so on...

Who was René Levesques?

Former Québec's prime minister
First to conduct abortion in Canada
Hockey allstar who played for the Montréal's Canadien
French downhill ski racer

In Canada, the leader of the country is a Prime Minister. The leader of a province is a Premier. A member of government is a Minister.

René Lévesque[1] (French pronunciation: [ʁəne leˈvɛːk]; August 24, 1922 – November 1, 1987) was a reporter, a minister of the government of Quebec, Canada (1960–1966), the founder of the Parti Québécois political party, and the 23rd Premier of Quebec (November 25, 1976 – October 3, 1985). He was the first Quebec political leader since Confederation to attempt, through a referendum, to negotiate political independence for Quebec.

Also - "Former Quebec's" makes it sound like Quebec is no longer in existence. While some may wish that were true, it is not. Therefore, the answer should read: Former Premier of Quebec and founder of the Parti Quebecois.

So, this question requires editing.

Which country predominantly fought along side North Korea in the Korean War against the United Nations Forces?
USSR
South Korea
Japan
China <-- right

It seems USSR had a part to play too, supporting North Korea, and my understanding of predominantly means that most of the time they fought alongside North Korea, not that they were the most prominent force involved. China does seem the more obvious answer though.
