The country that accounts for nearly one third of the total teak production of the world is?
Brasil
Myanmar
China
Zambia

And here's another double question. I got this one twice on the same series of hunts. Again, an easy way to get correct answers, but it doesn't seem fair.
I don't know exactly how the other version is written, unfortunately.

edit: I found the other one:
Which country produces one third of the total Teak (wood) production of the world?
Ecuador
Thailand
Myanmar
Bolivia

From the source you quote:
"When first built, the canal was 164 km (102 mi) long and 8 m (26 ft) deep. After multiple enlargements, the canal is 193.30 km (120.11 mi) long, 24 m (79 ft) deep and 205 metres (673 ft) wide as of 2010.[2] It consists of the northern access channel of 22 km/14 mi, the canal itself of 162.25 km/100.82 mi and the southern access channel of 9 km/5.6 mi."

Which still makes the answer wrong (162.5 km>162.25 km).

Who introduced bananas to Europeans?

Which Europeans and what type of banana? too vague and you'll get different answers!

Portugese sailors brought bananas to Europe
Alexander the Great ate them and his men took them back to the Western World (Alaxnder was marked as "right")
coffee and bananas were first introduced to Europe during the Colombian Exchange with Europe

Which Element was discovered by Fredrick Wohler in the year 1798 ?
Carpeteria
Chromium
Beryllium <---Marked as correct
Barium

Some problems with this question. Fredrick Wöhler (31 July 1800 – 23 September 1882) did isolated beryllium in 1828, but beryllium was discovered in 1798 by french chemist Nicolas Louis Vauquelin.
So Fredrick Wöhler wasn't even born when beryllium was discovered, even if he was among the first to isolate it as a single component.

(all data taken from wikipedia)

Shame on the person that let that question through!

Had a question about the number of wins for World Rally Champion Sebastien Loeb (by 2011) or something similar and the answer marked as correct was 7. I chose that because everything I found said 8 and that was not available, so assuming this question was written in 2011 before the end of 2011 and that Loeb add another win late this year?

I posted this in the Quiz fixing thread, but I think it probably belongs here - that other thread is for spelling mistakes, I now realise:

Which of these is a colour and also a flower?

Violet
Pink
Red
Blue

How did this get through? A Violet is a flower, of course, but so is a Pink - Dianthus Plumarius.

How often are the Championships held in doomlord?
Monthly *
Bi-monthly
Daily
Weekly

First, the answer is not correct any more. Second, I thought that common practice is to limit Doomlord questions to those that can be answered by a level 1 player without reading whole forum?
