The correct answer is 27 (as of date of this post). They may be confusing the first 10 which are collectively refereed to as the Bill of Right. The question however does not list the correct answer nor does it have a date for reference.

The English language developed in England and the poor souls who landed at Plymouth Rock took their version with them which was gradually changed over the years. I love how Americans glory in their spelling mistakes! ;p

I'm not american, I'm portuguese and I have the same dilemma with portuguese from Portugal and portuguese from Brazil.

I accept both forms as both are correct to me in the context of each country and according to the grammar and writers of each country (which, in the end, defines a language).

Also no one is laughing I think. Just trying to understand the history and the whys behind each one.

The age commonly given is 33 years, but we don´t know for sure. The exact year Jesus was born is not known, although the year of his death is. A rewording of the question would be in place.

According to the sources I have fount it was 100 points in a game on March 2, 1962, but he might also have scored 99, if the last goal was a 1-point score.
